As the portal closed behind her, Ryo-Ohki saw a beautiful meadow that seemed to stretch forever. Romping in dandelions and sniffing the buttercups, Ryo-Ohki was having the time of her life. Against the placid background of wildflowers Ryo-Ohki saw another gray cabbit. Instantaneously she noticed the creature as Ken-Ohki, her cabbit lover. Ryo-Ohki meowed out to Ken-Ohki who automatically pounced toward her. Till dusk the pair had the most fun and romantic day of their lives.

Unbeknownst to Ryo-Ohki, Sasami was frantically looking for her. Washu, hoping that Ryo-Ohki didn't ruin anything in her lab, joined too, and Ryoko, who just loved adventure, helped out also. After searching the house, the carrot patch (where else would a cabbit find more bliss?), and the woods, the foursome (Tenchi joined the hunt later) examined Washu's lab. They looked everywhere in there too, the time machine, the dimension tunnel, and all the other inventions that came out of Washu's twisted mind. Finally they reached a sparkling door near the entrance of the lab. Washu informed them that this portal was a death trap to whoever entered it because it is nearly impossible to get out of. It lured the user into bliss and encouraged them not to leave. Washu also informed them that it was a failed experiment because of the latter, and she overlooked shutting it down. The group agreed that Ryo-Ohki was most likely in a parallel world created by the machine, and slowly steeped inside.

Upon their entrance Sasami called out to Ryo-Ohki. Deciding it was time to leave she pounced toward the voice but was stopped by Ken-Ohki's pleading meow. "Please do not go Ryo-Ohki, we're having such a fun day," is what Ken-Ohki roughly said. Ryo-Ohki didn't want to go either but knew she had to. She replied "I know but I just have to listen to Sasami."

Ryo-Ohki bounded into the arms of Sasami, who bear-hugged her tightly. She then heard the meow of an angry Ken-Ohki, whose body was being contorted oddly. Ryo-Ohki heard the sickening twists and cracks of morphing bones, and gushing sounds of flesh and organs, which allowed Ken-Ohki to assume a new form…
