Background Info on Epyon...

Epyon has more than considerable power and is rivaled only by Zero. It was built on the idea that limitations as far as combat abilities force a pilot to the extremes of their creativity making them superior. Its a true force to be reckoned with in the universe. And in the hands a pilot who is a true warrior it may very well be completely unstopable. However in which case the self detonation device is very handy...for a war it without a worth opponent...its the only option...

And from his experience with Zero has a firm grasp of the system it employs and can handle it without a loss of complete sanity.
