Caerlon

Caerlon, like Avalon, was part of earth until the start of the feudal period. However, it was cut away from Earth of its own choice. The regents in charge, including a young Ganneth, decided to leave the Chinese Dynastic Empire to rule as they chose, but had to completely separate from Earth in order to do so.

Away from the Chinese rule, a topian society began. However, unlike Europa, very few were happy with their lives and soon anarchy held sway. The peasants overthrew and executed the first Emperor and his regents, but by then, Ganneth had disappeared, predicting this downfall and deciding to try for immortality over politicality. Caerlon's fate was thus similar to Avalon's....all fell into dissarray, and even though Caerlon is accessible to all, few desire to go there.

The Nievan inhabitants from Caerlon are Taika and Mejiro.
