Himself: Amaru's main personality is easy to talk to, helpful and sweet. However, his other personality is violent, and sarcastic. He calls this personality Riu-Chan. Amaru and Riu-chan somehow manage to inhabit the same person without too much internal struggle...
Jellybean: Jellybean isn't alarmed by Amaru's voilent mood swings, and Amaru takes her teasing pretty well... even when he's Riu-chan.
Sushi: Sushi is a little alarmed by Amaru's temperment, but he tries to not let it bother him, like Jellybean.
Mika: Mika is Amaru's fair-weather friend. When he's just Amaru, Mika and he are good friends. But Riu-chan scares her, and she tries to stay away from him when he's being evil.
Taika: Taika is the only one that gets along with him when he's Riu-chan better than when he's Amaru. Taika and Amaru have a good, solid relationship, because their violent sides balance each other out.
Mejiro: Amaru and Mejiro get along pretty well most of the time because they're so close in age and have the whole male-bonding thing.
Sukuu: She is pretty patient with Amaru. His personality switches don't faze her, and she is amused by him most of the time.
