Name: Kenjuro Suiki
Age:(bakumatsu):17 | (meiji): 23

Appearance:

About 1.85 metres tall, lean, not too muscular (think benimaru from kof?)
Hair stands up spiky (like maybe joe higashi onlie shorter), face is rather appealing, hands are rather worn but nails are clipped cleanly, veins showing at all times. his face has a solid jawline, his cheekbones create a soft outline and his eyes are something like anji's.

Background:

He was born to two poor parents who gave him to his grandfather, who was a ninja. Ninjas weren't exactly loved at that time, so they lived far away from main settlements. Kenjuro's grandpa lived in a bamboo forest, so his parents thought he'd be better off there. He got trained by his grandpa since he was 4, and the two lived there until the grandpa died when he was about 18. (natural causes okay?) one year later, after training by himself A LOT, he decided to move on and make his own decent living in Kyoto, but on the way, he was attacked by four samurai who suspected his ninja abilities (damn idiot was carying his sword on his BACK anyway, which is a DEAD giveaway) and of course, he killed them, not being too fond of the govt himself. a mate of saitou's saw the way Kenjuro dispatched the four (the thing was, Kenjuro only used his hands; he attacked using pressure points).

Saitou thought a person who can go around killing without carrying a weapon so obvious would be useful, so there . . .

Style:

Ninjitsu (basic components taijutsu (hand2hand), kenjutsu, ninpo (the way of life)) and some other styles he picked up and developed to suit his taste.

Techniques:


There's really no names for these things.

Fist technique: He clenches his hand such that his fingertips touch the point where the palm and the fingers join, whatever it's called. dat wae, his second set of knuckles are protuding, and less surface area is exposed. Useful for attacking a point with high pressure, as physics would demonstrate.
- Disappears (he's pretty fast.) Soon three of him appear around the enemy and jab two fingers into the throat. The enemy collapses from th shock, but can't because his body is held up by the three Kenjuros from the neck by (technically) 6 fingers.
What's the reality is dat Kenjuro is moving constantly around the enemy, jabbing at the three most vital points around the neck.

Sword tech: He uses two short scabbards; they're about 0.8m in length, but any blade above 4 inches can kill easily, so he doesn't mind. They have joints at the handle, so the blades can be snapped back 90 degrees. Like a tongfer, u noe? Carries them in a two slings over his back; easier to run that way. The right hand holds the blade downwards, the left hand upwards, so he can stab and slash with different hands.
- Upward slash with left hand, then uses momentum to pivot body right and come round to slash with right hand.
- Spins both blades continuously while moving forward. Usually used as a move to make enemies retreat. Once near enough, Kenjuro starts stabbing.
Okay, basically he's just stabbing and slashing VERY fast. He's not much in terms of strength.
He also kicks a lot, as his legs are very well developed. Usually when thugs challenge him, he just aims a high kick to their jaw to knock them out.

Personality:


Friendly with most people, but usually others have to talk to him first before he wants to get to know them. A good conversation is considered quality time, but he gets the shudders when someone not close to him touches him. He lives by 3 rules:
1) Respect everyone. especially your enemy. most of all your friend.
2) Don't hurt women and children.
3) Never leave a person's side when he's in trouble if you want to count on being alive in another 5 years' time.

Because of this code he lives by, he has a few elite group of friends he wil never betray, has killed about seven men out of anger because they were abusing women and got the attention of Saitou.
