A New Love, A New Life Written By Leonardo B. Castro Co. Written by Mika Towa You must ask yourself, ‘am I doing the right thing,’ when you alter or hold back something in someone’s life without him or her knowing. You must realized that God allowed humans right to choose their destiny. To do something life changing or to hold an important, but forgotten, memory, you are taking away what God gave us. Free Choice. Now ask yourself. ‘ Am I doing the right thing. Is this for their own good.’ - Quote from Alexander, the Red Priest of Seyruun - Story – Chapter One One month has pass since Ranko and Ryoga left Nerima. They headed for the Masaki Shrine… Masaki Shrine… “Tenchi. When do you think Ranko and Ryoga get back?” Sasami asked Tenchi Masaki. Sasami know it might take long, especially if Ryoga was leading them, but they should be here now. “I seriously don’t know Sasami. Maybe they will be back in a few days.” Tenchi said. Regardless of what he said, Tenchi was thinking more like a month before they arrive. “Especially if Ranko let Ryoga lead them home. When is she going to figure out that guy is with Direction as Mihoshi is with Science.” Ryoko said as she teleported in. She actually wanted to call Ranko an evil red head, princess wannabe bitch, but knew that piss off Tenchi. Of all the girls Tenchi falls for, it had to Ayeka’s little helper. Thankfully, Ryoga was able to win her over before that evil slut could take Tenchi away, Ryoko thought. Ryoko knew in her heart, that Tenchi would still pine for Ranko for a little bit longer. She just had to let the poor guy recover. So she and Ayeka made a deal to let Tenchi relax for six months before going after him again. Ryoko knew she was going to win in the end. With Ranko married, Tsunami not full assimilated with Sasami, and Ayeka not even a threat, She knew she’d win. Ryoko smiled at that thought. Washu heard what they said. Hearing them talk about Ranko and Ryoga bought up memories of the truth. That Ranko was really a man. She alone knew the truth. Not even Yosho knew it. Maybe even Tsunami didn’t know. But Washu knew. And again, she wondered if not repairing the newly wed couple’s memory was wise. Then she remembered walking up to the shrine steps and found them at the top embracing each other, expressions of happiness and true love clearly on their faces. She knew she made the right choice, the only choice. She knew how it felt to lose the one you love because of status in the social world. People wouldn’t accept them, and then maybe they would have been forced apart by honor or duty. So, to protect them, she cured Ryoga’s curse and locked Ranko in her curse form. She prayed that they’d forgive her if they ever found out. “Ranko, do you know where are we?” Ryoga asked. This place seemed a lot weirder than that town they were at before. Men in white body armor suit with Dome shape helmets surrounded them. They couldn’t see if they were human. But they were more cautious about that guy in black. Darth Vader looked at the two children that managed to sneak abroad the Death Star and gone unnoticed for so long. He could sense the force was strong with these two, especially the redhead. “I guess your right Tenchi. What’s the worse that can happen to them.” Sasami said. “Ryoga dear. Where on the world are we?” Ranko asked. “I don’t care. As long as we escaped that weird guy in black.” Was Ryoga’s reply. Ryoga looked around him and noticed that they were in a dark room and a gold skin man in black robes was staring at them. Raistlin looked at the boy and girl that broke into his lab. They were human, but some faint white glow surrounded them. What caught his attention was the fact that they were aging at the rate an elf, or even slower. And the redhead had a huge magical aura around her that rivaled his. But it was untrained and very raw. She might be a threat to his plans or a powerful tool to aid them. “Okay. Now let’s go inside.” Tenchi said as he went into the house. Nothing bad will happen to Ranko…right? Ranko didn’t know what that kid’s problem was, but at least he withdrawn from the fight. Ryoga was still fighting that weird swordsman. Lina Inverse fault face as the mask man turned out to be Gourry and an unarmed youth was knocking him around like a rag doll, despite the fact that Gourry was using the Sword of Light. And to top that, A redhead knock Phibrizzo from his hidden perch. Phibrizzo soon started to freak and yelling where the hell is her soul orb. Then he launches an all out assault on the redhead, who surprisingly enough look like a fuller in the right places Lina Inverse. Lina Inverse consider fainting when the unnamed duo force Phibrizzo to run home crying with Gourry in tow. She was too shock to follow any party. Lina’s other companion didn’t follow as well because they were in shock of seeing Phibrizzo crying out Mommy as the redhead spanked him over her knee. “I guess you’re right. By the way, they always find their way home.” Sasami said as she followed Tenchi. A young girl sat her computer in her room. She was reading a story on the Internet. She was suddenly distracted from her task when Ranko and Ryoga walked into the room. “Excuse me Miss, but can you tell us where the Masaki Shrine is?” Ryoga asked. The girl was consisting freaking out. She pointed towards her computer. Ryoga and Ranko looked at that general direction and saw a window behind the computer. “Thank you Miss…” Ranko said. “Xin Xin Cheng” The girl said her screen name instead of her real name by accident. “Thanks Xin Xin.” Ranko said as she and Ryoga went out the window. The girl ran to the window and looked out. There was no trace of the anime duo. She went back to her computer muttering about watching too much Ranma ˝ and sat down. She continued reading “A New Love, A New Life,” Chapter One By Leonardo B. Castro. She fainted when she saw that this portion of her life was recorded on the Internet by a fanfic author. One month later… Ranko and Ryoga stumbled into the Masaki residents. “Welcome home. What happened on your trip?” Sasami cheerfully greeted them at the door. “You don’t want to know.” They said in unisons. Then they collapsed at the door.
