Submit A FanFic

So, you want to send me a fanfic. First I need to have your stats.

Your fanfic, when e-mailed to me must include a few items.

1.Must have an Authors name.
2.Must have a title.
3.Must have a return e-mail addy.
4.Must tell what kind of fanfic it is- a songfic, a regular, poetry, etc.
5.You must give a brief description.
