Fuuma Mamou is 'the other Kamui', the opposite to his best friend. Fuuma had a sister, Kotori, and he and Kamui swore many years ago to protect her, but she is important to him in other ways too. While Kamui got his sword from his mother, Kotori is looking after Fuuma's, and after a while he becomes so callous he doesn't care who he hurts, and kills her to retrieve it to kill his once best friend. When Kamui becomes one of the Seven Seals, Fuuma is told that he is 'the other Kamui' for a reason, that whatever Kamui does, he will do the opposite, so he becomes one of the Seven Angels, one of the Dragons of the Earth devoted to cleanse the planet of life with the wish to start again. All through the anime there is a build up to the massive fight where one of the two will die, killed by the other, yet the fight itself is actually rather short: Kamui kills Fuuma by decapitating him.
