During battle, KOTR makes the Ruby use Ultima, but if you cast HAdes on it, it will be frozen. So when the weapon is frozen, cast KOTR. It will awake, so immediately cast Hades again. Repeat the pattern. This stinkin Ruby weapon is so strong, it has TOO MUCH HP. This battle requires a lot of patience!!

MAKe sure you cast Regen and Big Guard (an enemy skill) on yourselves. Have Cloud use his Omnislash, which is not that effective. When I killed the weapon, my team included Barret and Red 13. I heard that people found it easier to use Cid. Use whomever you feel is powerful. Load them up with HP plus. It would be better if your HP Plus are maxed out, DUh!!

The prize for the battle is a desert rose, how romantic... you can get a freaking gold chocobo for defeating the Ruby Weapon. WTF!!! I mean if you have the KOTR materia, then you must have a gold chocobo already. But it's the glory of defeatin the weapon that counts. I jumped like a mad man when I finally kicked its red baboon butt!!!

The Emerald Weapon sux!! It was not that hard... I chased it around with my submarine...hehehehe... Just use common sense!! Beat it up with the KOTR and wham, its down after twenty or so KOTR. Remember Regen and other healing materia. Load your team up with HP plus!! And also, get rid of the underwater timer by morphing a ghost ship in the underwater reactor of Junon. And give the product to the Kalm Town man and he'll give u the underwater materia. Equip it to get rid of the timer. HAVE FUN...


(REFERING TO THE MAIN PICTURE) This is Squall Leonhart from the RPG FFVIII. He's not your typical teenager (he uses eyeliner!). I have to say he is the only RPG hero that I did not have a major crush on. His silence scares me? Nope, he has a gal. Rinoa Heart sumthing... Mah fave guy character from the game was Zell D. He reminds me of a chicken wuss... hehehe... Anyways, I thought the game was not so great. I never got to finish it cuz my memory card busted. (That's why u should buy at least two cards.)

I love Eyes on Me the most. It was such a sweet song, but it was hard to make out some of the words. The battle system is okay, I didn't get the Junction stuff at first. My team was so weak, I almost used my Gameshark... sighs. Despite what others say, I prefer the Materia usage in FFVII. It was annoying at times, but with the 4x cut and KOTR, Cloud was invincible!! (I only managed to beat the Green Weapon, the Red one was left untouched...)


Cloud Strife... He's older than Squall despite his looks. Twenty-one years old. Anyways, Cloud is... um I really don't know how to describe him. He is like Squall in many ways, but he really never showed his feelings to a girl. Squall protects Rinoa, and is romantic at times. Cloud almost killed Aeris... that was the saddest part in the whole game. We cried, we did.

Final Fantasy VII was mah first Playstation game. Therefore, it is indeed special to me. It was like I was part of the whole thing. I loved the cute MIDI music. And the tiny quests were so cool. I hated the random battles. In caves, we wanna get out! Get lost stupid monsters. If only there was an easier way to gain levels. I played Thousand Arms, and I despised the same monsters popping their ugly heads every 50 seconds or so.

Final Fantasy VII had a unique cast of characters. Not enough girls! All these games have only three girls! ARGH!! Male souvenist pigs! (DID I EVEN SPELL THAT RIGHT?) Congrats to STO2, there were more gals! hehehe... cute game. I liked Aeris cuz she was the Flower Gal. I hated Yuffie and Tifa was just there. Barret was so fat and cuddly, Cid was so foul mouthed, I named him BullShitt. The Gold Saucer was wonderful! U get Ribbons, which immune u from all the bad status affects! (from the Green Ugly dude in the Battle Square.) So basically, FFVII is a game that one can play over and over again. The ending was the only weakness.

Since I never finished FFVIII, I dunno bout the ending. I might try to finish it over the summer. Now that I got the Sims (thanx to Dennis), STO2, regents and finals, I probably won't have time. I wanna buy Legend of Mana and Legend of the Dragoon. I hear Lunar Silver Story Complete is hot too. Can't wait to buy playstationII. I'm a fan of the Tekken Series. I want Tekken Tag team and Evergrace! Hehehe, RPG's rock!!!!
