Universe Brilliant Power: Lisa says this to transform into Sailor Sarillea. She holds up her locket and says this, and a bright white light surrounds her. Then she spins around once and this shower of all these rainbow colors pour down on her, and her uniform appears on her and she poses.
Sarillea Color Magic: She uses her scepter for this attack and all this colorful light shoots out of the scepter and destroys the enemy.
Ice Rainbow: An attack, in different shades of blue, that attacks the enemy and freezes it, then it bursts into millions of tiny pieces.
Locket: She uses it to transform (you can see it on the picture)
Scepter: A purple scepter; it has a big star on top with lots of jewels; golden wings
