Mina is the reincarnation of the Princess Venus, and can transform into the Dynamite Fighter, Sailor Venus. Before Mina joined the other Scouts (in Japanise version), she fought crime in England as Sailor V. After her was broken by some jerk, she reterned to Japan where her Gaurdian Cat Artemis, brought her to meet Luna and the other Scouts. mina attends 8th grade at the private Grass Valley Junior High and is fluent in the English Language. Mina is (possobaly) the most most friendly and agreeable one out of all the Scouts, and cares deeply for her family, friends, and small children. Mina is an only child and lives with her mother and father in the city.
