Disclaimer about mp3 usage

The mp3's used in the corresponding pages are of mostly underground bands i use them to get the music out there if there is by some slim chance that the corresponding band(s) come here and take offense e-mail me at MY address ( ssj2_majin_nappa@yahoo.com ) I am not the sites master (that honor goes to piccolo) but I will take any questions/comments about any mp3s on any of the pages where they are found hopefully the music bands/labels can see i am helping them by letting people know about them I would like to continue having the mp3s up and would like insted of having them taken down completly i would Shorten them.

So what I am saying don't pull a metallica on me by suing my ass but unlike napster we don't use the whole songs just clips but as i said anything regarding the usage of the band songs or the infringment of copyrights (this was not the purpose to put these mp3s up to get noticed by newspapers and whatnot they were only put there for fun and to get the music out there)
