Setsuna, or Sailor Pluto, Is the Master of the time gate. Sailor Pluto is the most mysterious of all the characters. She only has one real attack, But for some reason I never get tired seeing it. Pluto looks like she is older than the rest of the girls, and for all I know ... probably is. I give Setsuna an 8.
