Sailor Andromeda by Andromeda Chapter 5 - Faye Faye became silent. What was she talking about? She couldn’t remember anymore. Ah well, all she remembered was that the Sailor Scouts were supposed to be destroyed. No. There was something else. What was it? It was on the verge of her memory and she knew it was important. If only it would make itself known. It would come to her in time then. **************** Nothing seemed to go right for the Sailor Scouts. Enemies kept coming and it was all they could do to hold them back. They still didn’t know whom the girl was or if she was even on their side. Ami had after all said she was both good and evil. That was like saying hot ice. Well it actually was “Hot ice and wondrous strange snow” quoted from Shakespeare by Ami. One day Rei got up her courage to do a fire reading again. Except it wasn’t on the strange girl. She read of the enemy. “I don’t like this. It obviously has something to do with the negaverse. Well of course negative energy, but it also reeks of Queen Mettalia. I thought we killed her. But even worse I can’t get a reading on what her minions will do. It’s like shooting in the dark!” Everyone became concerned. Especially Ami. “But if we can’t read the future that means it isn’t determined yet. And everything is predetermined from what Pluto told us!” No word seems appropriate to describe how they felt. Suffice it to say they were confused. **************** “I don’t know if we can kill this one!” The scouts were dodging left and right from dark energy. Jupiter and Venus were already down. Mercury was close. “Cover me while I attack.” Sailor Moon said to the others. A pink beam of light flew from her scepter to the monster and vanquished it. No one noticed a silver glowing star join the pink beam. From her perch high above, Andromeda could see everything including her star. Sailor Moon, drained from the effort, fell limply into Tuxedo Mask’s arms. “I wish I had someone to catch me,” she said bitterly. “I can’t keep saving them like this. They have to learn by themselves sometime. But how?” The stars started glowing brighter and brighter. Then the solitary figure was gone. **************** “Who are you?” that was the question she asked. That was all he could remember. “I wish she’d tell me!” Tanis sat up in bed. He remembered who he was of course. He still had living relatives too. But it all had a sort of detached feeling. It didn’t really seem real. Somehow it was more of a dream than his real one. Some would say he was handsome with his blond hair and blue gray eyes. He didn’t really care. He ignored everyone except the one in his dreams. He couldn’t recall her face, and yet he could. The eyes. They were what he remembered. They were like his own, only darker. Not the color itself even, but a shadow was dropped over them. She wore a beautiful dress of blue and silver hues. Like her eyes… ****************
