Reborn on Earth, Serena was a normal teenager.
She wasn't very graceful or agile, in fact, she was down right clumsy. She didn't do to well in school, she was always late, and wanted to spend all her time shopping or playing video games. Even though, she had all those things against her, she was a very caring person, I would say the most caring in the whole group.
On her way to school one day, she saw some boys picking on a cat, she ran up and scared them away, before she left, she noticed a bandage on the cats forehead, being the curious person she is, she peeled it off. Underneath was a cresent moon, Serena, finally realizing she was already late, ran off to school.
Serena came home in a bad mood, she failed (another) test. She reluctantly showed her mother, and was sent to her room. While moping in her room, the cat came in through the window. Serena was slightly surprised, but when the cat talked, Serena thought she must be dreaming. The cat told Serena her name was Luna, and that Serena was the Champion of Justice, Sailor Moon. Serena then transformed into Sailor Moon for her first time.

Disguise Power!: Using the Luna Pen, Serena could desguise herself into whatever she wants.
Moon Tiara Magic!: Sailor Moon's tiara would turn into a glowing discus that she could throw to destroy/trap the enemy. 
Moon Healing Activation!: Sailor Moon would use her Cresent Moon Wand to heal/change a monster back to a human being. **NOTE** This was also used to regain Darien's memories.
Cosmic Moon Power!: Princess Serena uses this attack to create a huge blast of energy from the Imperium Silver Crystal.
Moon Scepter Elimination!: Sailor Moon would use her Moon Scepter to destroy an enemy.

Moon Spiral Heart Attack!: Sailor Moon's Heart Rob generates a spiral beam of energy to destroy an enemy.
Rainbow Moon Heart Ache!: Super Sailor Moon uses this attack to generate a large heart from her Heart Rod that smashes into an enemy, killing it.
Moon Gorgeous Meditation!: Sailor Moon uses this to case a huge blast from her Kaleid Moon Scope.
Starlight Honeymoon Therepy Kiss! and Silver Moon Crystal Power!: Eternal Sailor Moon says this to turn a monster back into human.
