How It Works
Introduction
I have recently re-written the rules page for you older players. Sinc we are getting close to SS levels, I figured I'd set it up more. I know there will be flaws and I'll work with them. But be sure that you know these rules, and use this page often for reference.
Joining
I do reccomend that you do have a little experience before joining, but it is not necsseccary to do so. Just read the rules, and pick a blank character from the roster, then if you are ready, Join. Just obey general rules below.
Basic Rules
I am sure everyone knows that Role Playing is being someone else for a while. But just play fair... This means no God Moding (Being unfair or invincable), and no using moves that don't belongto your character unless you ask The Owner or the Co-Owner.You know the basics, no one 10 and under allowed, ect. This RPG is rated Like PG 16, and be sure your folks are okay with you being here, because we take NO responsibility for it if you don't. As far as fighting goes, it's best to just watch nd learn.
Training
Training was a highly suggested topic. So, I have set this up. I play King Kai, and no, you don't have to be dead to train. Just have to go on a scedueled time which is posted on the board. If your not on AOL, you'll need to go to mirc.com and get a copy of mIRC. I will teach you stuff like how to use semi-colons, ect. Also... If you train, I will add to you status that you are able to use certain moves. This is still in the testing mode really, and if it fails a lot, I'll shut it down.
Teams
Teams are a common topic. This is a group of fighters, who get togetr and form a somewhat "gang". You must give me a Name, and it's members. You must have 3-4 member's to make a team. If you want more, E-Mail Me and I'll see about it. Yes, I DO allow rumbles. I actually encourage them... so have fun!
Fusion
Fusion is when two people enter the same body. The rules on this are slim. The person you fuse with, must be your same race, and you add the two power levels together to get the new fighter's p/l. Not that hard huh? But they can't have a power level with more the 150 difference of yours.
Kao-Ken
Kao-Ken comes from training, and is granted. For every 100 of you p/l is 1 it can go up. For example, if your power level is 600, you can use Kao-Ken x6 (max). For everyone you go up, it make 100 p/l into 200. So if your p/l is 600,and you use x6, then your engaged p/l would be 1200. If it was 600, and you used x2 then it would add 200 on. A simpler way is that each one you go up adds 100 to your initial p/l. This can not effect going SS.
Super Saiyan
This is perhaps the most complicated thing in the game. If you are Saiyan, you DO have the capability to go SS. But you must have a certain p/l. And Kao-Ken p/ls won't work. So you cant fire up Kao-Ken, and then go SS. The chart below might help.

Life & Death
When you enter a fight, it is the winner's choice weather to finish you or not. You have 3 lives, lose them all, and you have to be wished back. It's that simple. Yes, I also allow Spars.
Earth's Dragon Balls
The Earths Dragon Balls are awarded to the winner of a fight, NOT a spar. You need all 7, and you E-Mail me ONE wish. You can use these to wish for a p/l upgrade, revie a pal, or such. I'll tell you when you ask if you can, or can't do it.
Namac's Dragon Balls & The Great Seven
Namac's Dragon balls are more powerful, and work different. Each one is held by one of the Great Seven. If you beat one, you take his space, and the ball that comes with hit. If he/she holds more then one place, you only get the one closest to the bottom. You might challenge them for thier D/b's. Namac's Dragon Balls allow you to make THREE wshes. Thats why the're hard to get rid of.
