Platicat
This guy is a cross between a cat and a platypus. Platicat likes to play with scuba divers off of the coast. By the way, that is a mini-water cannon on its back. Thanks to marrill_snubble, who named it.
An evolved Platicat.
Unlike the peaceful Platicat, Hydrodon likes to pull people underwater and halfway drown them.
