For the very few people who dont know what DBZ is then I will explain the basics on this page. Okay for starter DBZ is just short for DragonBall Z. DragonBall Z is an extremely popular Anime series in which a powerful Sayan named Goku is faced with dangers all the time. Of course many other characters are thrown into the plot to make it all the more intresting. With a touch of comedy the DBZ series is one the best Anime series around. Now, techniqally Dragonball Z is the second version of Toryima's wondeful creation. The first series was just called DragonBall. DragonBall was more comedy than fighting. It take place when the main character Goku is a small child. They venture around the world for Dragonballs. When all 7 dragonballs are collected than you can make one wish. The second series in DragonBall Z. It is the most popular series and has more fighting/action than DragonBall. Goku is an adult in this series with a small child and a wife. The third and final series is called DragonBall GT. GT stands for Grand Tour. This series takes you back in time to where Goku is a kid again. This series was not very popular do to the fact that the original creator did not particiapate in its creation. It was created by another company because the orginal creator got bored with the series. Below are small section on each of the DragonBall Z series. (I have on created the series information on the ones that have been realesed in the US.)
Sayan Saga
The Sayan saga introduces three new Sayans. Raditz, Nappa, and Prince Vegeta. All are evil and want to steal the DragonBalls from earth and with for Imortatilty. This series starts the DBZ series so it does alot of introducing characters. Raditz, Goku, and Piccolo have a small battle at the begining. Goku risks his life to defeat Raditz. Once Vegeta and Nappa hear of Raditz's death they rush to earth. Goku heads to King Kai's for training and waits to be wished back by the dragon. After Earths Z Force battles with Vegeta and Nappa for awhile Goku finally is wished back. Goku beats Nappa to the end of his life but lets him live. Vegeta ends up killin Nappa though. Then Goku and Vegeta battle it out but Vegeta escapes and returns in another saga.
Freeza/Ginyu Saga
In this series Gohan, Krillin, and Bulma head to Namek to look for DragonBalls. There they find Vegeta and a new kind of evil, Freeza. Frezza send out his evil henchmen the Ginyu force to handle Gohan and Krillin. And when it looked like it was all over. Goku arrived and saved the day. After a long battle with the Ginyu force goku goes to repair himself. They end up treatying with Vegeta and fighting Freeza together. That the end planet Namek is destroyed and Freeza seems to be deafeated.
Trunks/Android Saga
The Trunks series is a shortor series in which a Teen boy arrives on the planet earth from the future. And just in time too. It seamed that King Kold had found Freeza and repaired him. Now Freeza and his father King Kold where on Earth about to cause major havic. But Trunks easily defeated them and met Goku when he returned to earth. He told Goku all about the future and about these Andriods that where going to kill everyone. He told Goku he was going to die of a heart attack if he didn't take pills. Even told goku that he was the future son of Bulma and Vegeta. Trunks headed back to his time in his Time Machine and Goku and the Z gang began to train for the horrible things that where going to happen 3 years later. When the Androids arrive Goku's Heart disease arrives and has mutated. The medicine is working slow for some reason. Vegeta steps in though and defeats Android #19. Trunks returns from the future to say that the androids they were fighting wernt the one he had warned about. Dr. Gero(Android #20) unleashes the 2 new androids and a even tougher battle starts. Everyone is defeated except for Krillin who luckily had just enough Senshu bean to get they others back on there feet. The androids take off to find Goku and Piccolo goes to Kame's to Fuse back with Kame and become a Super Namek. Thats when they find a new Evil......
Cell Saga
A New creature arrives from the future to anounce that he is another android named Cell. Everyone is astonished when cell tells them that he came back from the future to steal Android #17 & #18's power to become the PERFECT CELL. Now they have to kill Cell before he can get a hold of the two androids. He ends up consuming the androids and becoming perfect. He holds a tournament called the "Cell Games" and Goku is the first to battle Cell. Goku gives up and sends Gohan to battle. Gohan shows his superior strength and crushes cell. Cell trys to self detinate and blow up the whole world but Goku transports cell and himself to King Kia's planet and saves the world again. Kings Kia's planet on the other hand is destroyed. Cell reginerates and goes back to Earth even stronger than he was before. Gohan is easily outmatched and almost loses but Vegeta yells BOO and startles Cell. Then Gohan blasts Cell into bits.
