Videl
Videl is the daughter of Mr. (Hercule) Satan. She lives in Satan city with her father and has already surpassed her father in power. (Which isnt much) She never learns any energy techniques but Gohan, her future husbad, does teach her how to fly. She does save Satan City many times from evil badguys but she usually has help from the Great SaiyaMan (Gohan).
