Biography: It is said when a warrior dies a piece of his soul goes back to his home. So when the planet Vegeta was destroyed by the ruthless being Freiza and millions upon millions of Saiyan warriors were killed, each of them left a part of their ki, their essence, in the rubble of Vegeta. Through hundreds of years the pieces of ki mingled through the debris, not latching onto anything or anyone that passed by, not until Sara Phoenix the third flew by that rubble.
A diplomat of the far-away Tyranese people, Sara Phoenix was not a powerful man. In-fact he was one of the weakest of his kind. But he used his amazing psionic powers to persuade many powerful people onto his side of any debate. All his amazing powers were of little help though when his diplomatic ship on its way to make contact with earth, crashed into some of Vegeta's debris. Everyone but Sara Phoenix was killed, his body was shattered, but his mind attracted the ki of all those dead Saiyan warriors. They attached themselves to Phoenix's powerful mind and in a magnificent flash of beautiful fire, a creature was born.
The ki's of the Saiyans had rebuilt and powered up the man's broken body. He was now a force to be reckoned with. With his original mind and a far-enhanced body, Phoenix vowed he would show that a warrior doesn't have to be all brawn.
And the place he is going to prove it to first is earth.
