THE SHINING GYRADOS

THE SEQUEL TO THE SHINING MAGIKARP

PART 1

Our story starts in the olivine city gym, where Darren (the gym leader) is battling a trainer. "Ok Magikarp, use your flail attack" said Darren to his shining Magikarp. Magikarp used its flail attack on the trainer's pokemon, a Weepinbell. "Ok Weepinbell, use your Slam attack" said the trainer. Weepinbell used its Slam attack, but missed Magikarp. "Ok now Magikarp, time to finish it off, use golden scale" said Darren. Magikarp used its golden scale on Weepinbell to finish it off. The trainer came out of the gym. "Yes! That's the 7th win we have had all day!" said Darren to his Magikarp. Just then, Mason came through the door. "Hi Darren, you ok today?" said Mason. "Yes thanks," said Darren. "How about battling me?" said Mason. "Ok, If you think you can win?" said Darren. Mason stood at the other side of the gym. One pokemon each, no time limit" said Darren. "That's fine with me" said Mason. Darren threw his pokeball into the air. Out came shinning Magikarp. I knew you would choose that," said Mason. He threw his pokeball in the air. Out came his pokemon Scizor. "Hey, I never knew you had that pokemon," said Darren. "I just got it in a trade, It's pretty good!" said Mason. "Maybe so, but it still won't be able to beat my Magikarp, Ok Magikarp, use your flail attack" said Darren. Magikarp was just about to use its flail attack, when suddenly it vanished! "WHERE DID MY MAGIKARP GO?" said Darren shocked. Just then, the same thing happened to Scizor, It just vanished! "My Scizor!" said Mason. "Where have they gone?" said Darren. "I don't know!" said Mason in a shocked voice.

Later on, Darren and Mason went to see officer Jenny at the police station, but Darren and Mason wasn't the only ones there! A huge group of People were outside the Police station waiting to be served. Officer Jenny came out. "What's happened to my Electabuzz?" said one person. "What's happened to my Kingdra?" said another. "Ok people, listen up, I want you to tell me what has happened to your pokemon one by one" said Officer Jenny. Everyone explained that their pokemon had been disappearing. Darren and Mason told Officer Jenny that it had happened to them too. "Ok people, we will find out what has happened to your pokemon and we'll get them back" said Officer Jenny. Darren and Mason went away back to the gym. "I don't understand, how can our pokemon just disappear like that?" said Darren. "Beats Me," said Mason. Just then, David came through the gym doors. "Have you heard what's happened?" said David. "Yes, It's happened to us too!" said Mason. "Oh no" said David. "What brings you here?" said Darren. "Well, I went to study about your Magikarp with Professor Elm, but when I heard about this incident, I wanted to look into it more" said David. "Right I see, so what have you got so far?" said Darren. "Well, all of the pokemon that have disappeared so far are all rare and powerful pokemon," said David. "Hang on, are you trying to tell us that there's something more to this?" said David. "It is quite possible, look, I can't talk here, someone might be listening, If you can make your way to New Bark Town, I will explain there. I will be in the lab at Professor Elms lab," said David. " Ok, I'll see you there then." Said Darren. David stepped outside of the gym and got out his Fearow. He got on it and used its fly attack to fly back to New Bark town. "Well, I think we should follow him," said Mason. "Good Idea, but who am I going to get to look after the gym?" said Darren. "Close it!" said Mason shouting at Darren "Ok! No need to shout!" said Darren. "Sorry, but I need to find my Scizor and I think you need to find your Magikarp" said Mason. "Yes, you're right, lets go!" said Darren. So Darren shut the Gym. Mason threw his pokeball into the air. Out came Pidgeot. Mason got onto his Pidgeot and got ready to fly. "Darren got out his Fearow and he got onto it. "Let's go!" said Mason and they both made there way to Professor Elm's Lab.

PART 2

Darren and Mason arrived at Professor Elm's Lab and went to the door. Darren Knocked on the door and out came Professor Elm. "Hello Darren, Mason, glad you could make it" said Professor Elm. "No problem, where is David, he said he wanted to tell us something?" said Mason. "That's correct, he's inside the lab, will you come in?" said Professor Elm. "Yes, ok" said Darren and Mason and they went through the door. As Darren and Mason went through the Door, They saw David. "Hi you two" said David." Said David. "Hi David, what is it you wanted to talk to us about?" said Darren. "Just listen to this," said David and he turned on his radio. "Listen to this sound," said David as he tuned in the radio. A strange sound was coming from the radio. "What is it?" said Darren. "This strange broadcast has only just been found, it came up on the radio today" said David. "Where could it be coming from?" said Mason. "Well, the radio tower in Goldenrod city isn't broadcasting it, it must be coming from somewhere else" said David. "What has this got to do with our missing pokemon?" said Darren. "Well, I think this strange broadcast has something to do with the pokemon disappearing. It came on the airwaves exactly the same time as the pokemon disappeared!" said David. "Well, that explains a lot!" said Mason. "Some secret agents are working on this, we have heard from one of the agents at the ruins of Alph that the signals are a lot stronger over there than anywhere else!" said David. "Is that right?" said Darren. "Yes, but now I need to ask you a big favour" said David. "What's that?" said Mason. "I want you to go to the ruins and see if you can find out what is going on," said David. "Ok David, we will find out what's going on" said Darren. "Good, the secret agent who sent this message to us will be waiting for you there" said David. "Ok then, we better get going," said Mason. So Mason and Darren went outside and flyed to Violet City. When they got there, it was dark. They took a walk to the ruins, which wasn't far from there. They went through a small house to get through to the ruins. A person in a dark black suit came up to them. "Hello you two, David told me you would be coming, let me introduce myself, I am Connor, I am the secret undercover agent" said Connor. "So, it's you that knows about this strange signal" said Mason. "That's correct, I haven't had chance to have a look yet, because I'm working undercover so they don't recognise me" said Connor. "Well, what are we supposed to do?" said Darren. "I want you to sneak into the ruins and find out what's going on, I need you to keep me informed so I am giving you a 2 way phone to keep in touch" said Connor. He handed Darren a phone. "I will keep the other phone so you can keep in touch." Said Darren. "Ok then let's go," said Mason and they walked towards the gate. Darren and David went through the gate and went into the ruins of Alph. "So where do we look first?" said Mason. "Let's try that house," said Darren. He pointed to a house. "We can get in the back way and hide" said Darren. "Ok, let's do it!" said Mason. They both sneaked off behind the house. They tried the back door. It opened slowly. "Ok Mason, let's go in" said Darren quietly and they both went in. "Inside the house they seemed to be nobody around. There were a few Desks and documents on the desks. "Let's take a look around," said Darren. Darren and mason took a look around. Mason looked inside the desks and Darren looked at the paperwork. "Hey take a look at this!" said Darren and he read out what it said on the paper. It said something about a barrier around the lake of rage and that's where all the pokemon are been kept. Darren read another document. It said about a secret switch in Johto. It said that the only way to let down the shield was to flip the switch off. It didn't say where the switch was. Mason looked in some draws. He found something. "Hey Darren, look at this" said Mason. He showed Darren a card. Darren went to the other side of the room. He saw a picture on the wall. There was a switch on it and a slot. Darren flicked the switch on and off, but nothing happened. "It's no use messing about with that, it won't solve this problem," said Mason. Darren took a close look at the picture. "Hey, hold on a minuet, pass me that card mason" said Darren. Mason passed Darren the card. Darren put the card into the slot and pressed the button. The button glowed pink. "Hey Mason, I think I've found something here," said Darren. Mason rushed over to Darren. The picture glowed and opened. Behind the picture was a safe! "Wow, I bet we will find something in here!" said Darren. Darren looked at the safe and tried to open it. It was no use, It was locked. "Have a look around for a key." Said Darren. Suddenly they heard footsteps coming from the front of the house. "Quick Darren hide!" said Mason. Darren put the picture back how it was and put everything back to normal how they found it. They heard a key in the lock on the front door. They both hid underneath a desk in the corner. The front door opened and in came 2 people in black suits. "Ok, have we got stage one ready yet?" said the first person. "Yes, its all set sir!" said the second person. "I don't want this plan ruined!" said the first. "Yes sir!" said the second. "Tell Giovani that the plans are all set" said the first person. "Yes sir!" said the second person and he left the house. The first man walked up to one of the desks and looked in the draws. He pulled out the card that Mason put back just in time. He went to another desk and pulled out a key. The man opened the picture the same way Darren Did and opened the safe with the key. He put something in the safe. He locked the safe and put the key back in the draw and he left the house. He locked the front door and walked away.

PART 3

Darren and Mason came out from underneath the desk. "Quick we need to get out of here now!" said Mason. "Not until I find out what's inside that safe!" said Darren and he walked over to the same desk the man put the key in. He opened the picture in the same way as before and he put the key into the safe. It opened and Darren looked inside. Inside were a folder and a strange looking pokeball and a piece of paper with a 6-digit code on it. "Quick lets go!" said Mason. So Darren took the ball and the piece of paper and went with Mason and got out of the back door. They made there way back out of the ruins when they heard someone shout of them. "Hey you!" said a voice from behind them. Darren and mason turned around. A group of guards and the two men came running up to them with guns! The two men from the house were with them too. They caught up to Darren and Mason. "What are you two doing here the ruins are closed to people why are you here?" Said the first person. "We just erm..." said Mason. "We have been sent by Giovani to check up on you to see how security is" said Darren Butting in just in time. "That's strange, Giovani never told me he was sending anyone to check up on us?" said the first person. "This is a check up to see if everything is working up to standard," said Mason. "Well in that case, I'm sorry we came onto you so strongly, as you can see, we have no problems with security," said the first person. "I see, well, I shall report back to base at once, keep up the good work," said Darren. "Yes sir!" said the first person and he told he took his men away. Darren and Mason quickly left the ruins and went back to Connor. "That was close!" said Mason. "You can say that again!" said Darren. Darren and Mason went back to Connor. "You didn't keep in touch, I was wondering what had kept you!" said Connor. "We didn't need to, we have found something!" said Darren and he gave Connor the piece of paper with a code on and the strange pokeball. "Where did you find this?" said Connor. "We sneaked into the house in the ruins and we broke into the safe and got it!" said Mason. "That's incredible! Did they see you?" said Connor. "Yes, just as we was coming out of the ruins, we had to pretend that we was one of them!" said Mason. "You fools, if they recognise that it is missing, they will find you and you will never get your pokemon back!" said Connor. "So what are we supposed to do?" said Darren. "We should destroy the shield before they realise it," said Connor. "But where is the switch and how are we going to switch it off?" said Darren. "We should concentrate on the signal, if we can stop the signal, we can let the shield down that way" said Connor. "But how are we going to stop the signal." Said Mason. "The signal should be the thing keeping the shield active, the switch should turn off the signal. If we split up, we should be able to stop the signal" said Connor. "That makes a lot of sense, we should work together" said Mason. "We haven't got much time, as soon as the shield goes down, it will only be a matter of time before they come looking for us" said Connor. "Ok, but where do we start looking?" said Darren. "THE RUINS!" said Connor and with that, Connor walked out of the small house and out into the ruins. "We have to follow him," said Mason and with that, Darren and Mason followed Connor into the ruins.

Later on, Darren, Mason and Connor found themselves in one of the caves in the ruins. They had been searching for the secret switch, but couldn't find it anywhere. A guard was blocking the exit to the cave and none of them could get out. "Great, now were trapped inside this cave!" said Darren. "Hey, not to worry, he can't stand there forever, hell take a break and we will be able to escape" said Connor. So Darren, Connor and Mason stood and waited, and waited and waited. Eventually, the guard went away from the cave. "Quick lets get out" said Darren. Darren, Connor and Mason got out of the cave. They was not a person in sight. "Ok you two, we should split up to try and find the secret switch" said Connor. Darren and Mason agreed and they all went in different directions to try and find the switch.

Later, Darren was in one of the caves searching for the switch. Mason and Connor had gone different ways and Darren was alone. He looked to the far side of the cave. There, near the end of the cave, Darren saw something. It looked like a puzzle. Darren walked over to the puzzle. He looked at it. They were 16 square pieces of tiles all around the puzzle. Darren started to move the pieces around. He figured out where the corners went and then he started to see something. It looked like a picture! He moved the other pieces together. He couldn't make out what it was, so he kept placing the pieces together, then he realised what it was. It was a Kabuto! An extinct pokemon! He quickly moved all the other pieces together and he finished the puzzle. Just then, he felt a rumbling beneath his feet. The floor cracked open and Darren fell down a hole! "HELP!" he cried, but nobody was around to hear him. He fell to the ground bellow.

PART 4

Meanwhile, Mason was walking around a cave, when suddenly, he saw something in the corner of the cave. It was a pokemon! As Mason walked closer to the pokemon, It started to run away. Mason chased the pokemon to a cave, the same cave that Darren fell through. Mason walked through the cave door. Suddenly, he heard shouting coming from the other side of the room. It was Darren! Mason quickly ran over to the other side of the cave. He saw the crack in the floor and he looked down into it. There on the floor down below, he saw Darren. He couldn't move. "Mason, get me out of here!" said Darren shouting up at Mason. "Don't worry, I'm coming!" said Mason. He quickly pulled a rope from his backpack and tied it do a statue in the cave. He pushed the rest of the rope down the hole so he could climb down. He checked to see if the rope was safe enough and he went down it. When Mason got to the bottom, he helped Darren up. "What happened?" said Mason. "Nothing, I just moved these tile things above in the cave, and I fell through a hole in the ground!" said Darren. "Come on, time to get up" said Mason as he tried to help Darren up off the ground. Suddenly, Darren noticed something. "Look there!" said Darren. Mason turned around. It was a statue of some kind and on it, was a glowing stone! Darren and Mason walked over to the statue. On the statue was a plaque of some sort. Darren read the plaque. It said " The stone of evolution rests here untouched for century's to await the bearer of the shining pokemon. Only when the stone collides with the shining pokemon will it's energy be released" The plaque read. "I wonder what that could mean?" said Darren. "I know, let's take this back to Connor, maybe he knows about it," said Mason. "Good idea" Darren. So Darren grabbed the stone off the statue and made his way with Mason to the rope to get out of the cave.

Meanwhile, Connor was in the house with the safe. (The same place where Darren and Mason first looked). He was looking for some more clues about the switch. He had been searching for quite some time now, but found nothing. Just then, he looked in a draw. Inside the draw, was a scroll! It was tied with a ribbon. Connor pulled the ribbon away from the scroll. He slowly unravelled the scroll. He looked in astonishment at what he saw! It was a drawing of the shining Magikarp and a stone. It showed in diagrams how the stone touched the Magikarp and it evolves the shining Magikarp into the shining Gyrados! "Oh my god!" said Connor. Just then, 2 guards burst through the door and had Connor in an arm lock! "What do you think your doing trespassing on private property?" said one of the guards. "We know what you're up to and were going to stop you!" said Connor. "WE? Oh no those kids! Who said they was sent from Giovani, it was just a cover up to get into the ruins and destroy our plans" said one of the guards. "You stole those kids pokemon and everyone else's pokemon too!" said Connor. "That's none of your business kid, now tell me what you know!" said the other guard. "I don't know anything!" said Connor. Just then, the scroll fell out of Connor's pocket. "So that's what you know! Right, your coming with us!" said the guard and they dragged Connor out of the house.

PART 5

Darren and Mason were just about to walk out of the cave when they heard voices outside. 2 guards were walking past the cave. "Really?" said one guard. "Yes, they said he had been sneaking around the ruins with his friends trying to discover our plans and destroy them!" said the other guard. "So what's happened to him and the others now?" said the guard. "He's been taken to the lake of rage and the other guards are looking for the other two!" said the other guard. "Did he find the scroll?" said the guard. "Yes, but it doesn't matter now, they have got him!" said the other guard and they walked off. "Did you hear that?" said Darren. "Yes, they have Connor!" said Mason. "What about this scroll then?" said Darren. "I don't know, maybe if we find Connor, we will find out about the scroll!" said Mason. "We have to rescue him, come on!" Said Darren. So Darren and Mason went off out of the cave and headed to the exit of the ruins.

Meanwhile, Connor had been taken to the lake of rage and locked up in an underground basement. "Let me out of here!" said Connor. Just then, a man walked through the door. "Hello Connor, allow me to introduce myself, I am Giovani the leader of team rocket" said Giovani. "So, your the person behind this, where are all the pokemon and what have you done to them?" said Connor. "Ha, so many questions yet you know no answers, the pokemon are fine, for now, but if you don't do as I say, they won't be!" said Giovani. Just then, Connor had an idea, he put his hand in his pocket and turned on the 2-way radio, so that Darren could hear where he was.

Meanwhile, Darren and Mason heard the radio and Darren pulled out the radio. He listened to what they were saying. "So Connor, do you have any idea where I can find your two friends?" said Giovani. "No I don't" said Connor. "Ha, you're a very big liar Connor, why don't you pass me that radio that's in your pocket, and we will talk to you later. "How did you know I had a radio?" said Connor. "I saw it in your pocket when I came in" said Giovani. Connor passed the radio to Giovani and Giovani talked through it. "Now listen up, I'm only going to say this once. You have something of mine," said Giovani. "I don't know what you're talking about," said Darren. "Oh yes you do, the code, and the sphere, and if I'm not mistaken, I have something of yours too!" said Giovani. "What do you mean?" said Darren. "Your Magikarp, Is an unusual colour Darren, I have read the legend and I know how you got it" said Giovani. "Leave my Magikarp alone!" said Darren. "I will, as soon as I get what I want," said Giovani. "No chance" said Darren. "I tell you what, lets make a deal, you bring me what I want, and I give you what you want" said Giovani. "If I do, will you let the pokemon go?" said Darren. "Of course, You have my word!" said Giovani. "Ok, we have a deal," said Darren. "Excellent, we will make the trade at the lake of rage" said Giovani and with that, the phone went dead. "Well, we better do what he says," said Darren. "But do you believe him?" said Mason. "I don't know, but it's a risk I have to take!" said Darren.

Meanwhile at the lake of rage, giovani was still talking to Connor. "Your friends had better turn up, or else" said Giovani. "Are you going to give them what they asked for?" said Connor. "No!" said Giovani laughing. "But you said!" said Connor. "Yes, I did, and I lied!" said Giovani. "But you can't do this!" said Connor. "Oh yes I can, and I just did!" said Giovani and he walked out of the dungeon with Connor still inside. "NO!" shouted Connor.

PART 6

Darren and Mason arrived at the lake of rage. They weren't anybody around. "This is weird," said Mason. Just then, at the other side of the lake, Giovani was stood there. "Giovani!" said Darren. "That is correct, and I assume that your Darren, now, have you got what I asked you for?" said Giovani. "Yes, I have, but your not getting it until I see my Magikarp" said Darren. "Of course, here you go!" said Giovani and He pulled a remote control out of his pocket and pressed a button. Then, right in the centre of the lake, the water started to bubble and out came Magikarp. "It can't swim away, because there is a force-field around it," said Giovani. "Ok then, let my Magikarp go and we will give you what you want" said Mason. "No, you give me what I want first!" said Giovani. "Ok, but how do I know I can trust you?" said Darren. "You have my word," said Giovani. "Ok" said Darren. So Darren took out the shiny looking ball out of his pocket and the code and placed them on the ground. Darren and Mason walked to Giovani's side of the lake and Giovani walked to Darren and Mason's side of the lake. Darren got his Magikarp back and Giovani got his things back. "Magikarp, I'm glad you are ok," said Darren. Just then, Connor came running out of the cave. He had escaped out of the dungeon using his Golem. "Run! It's a trap!" said Connor. "What do you mean?" said Darren. Just then, a net came down and trapped Darren and Mason. "Ha, you didn't think I would let you go away did you?" said Giovani. "Let them out of there now!" said Connor. Giovani took a pokeball out of His pocket. Out came Machoke. "Machoke got hold of Magikarp "Who wasn't caught in the net and used a tackle attack. "What are you doing!" said Darren. "I'm going to destroy your Magikarp!" said Giovani. "You can't do that!" said Connor. "I can and I am" said Giovani. He told Machoke to use its vicegrip attack on Magikarp. It hit Magikarp and knocked it into the water. Magikarp used its gold scale, but it missed Machoke. Two guards came over and searched Darren. They took all of his pokemon away from him and tied him up. They did the same with Mason and Connor. Just then, the guard found the special stone which Darren had being holding. "Hey boss, what's this?" said the guard. He gave giovani the stone. "You have the stone!" said Connor. "Yes, but how do you know about it?" said Darren. "I found a scroll in the house in the ruins and it showed a shining Magikarp and it showed if the stone touched Magikarp, it would evolve into Gyrados!" said Connor. "THATS IT! The stone of evolution rests here untouched for century's to await the bearer of the shining pokemon. Only when the stone collides with the shining pokemon will it's energy be released, the plaque was talking about Magikarp!" said Darren. "Yes, and that stone makes the shining Magikarp evolve!" said Mason. "It's an evolution stone!" said Connor. Giovani looked at the stone. "This is just a piece of junk, it's useless!" said Giovani and threw it into the water. "Magikarp, swim after that stone and touch it!" Darren shouted to Magikarp. Magikarp went in after the stone. "What are you talking about?" said Giovani. Just then, everything turned dark. The water turned a purple white colour. A huge wall of water formed around the lake. "What is happening?" said Giovani. "It's evolving!" said Connor. The wall of water turned unto a funnel of water and inside it, a brilliant white light came up from the water. The white light turned into red and the funnel of water vanished. Everyone just looked in astonishment. They couldn't believe their eyes! The shining Magikarp had evolved into a red shining Gyrados! "Gyrados!" said Darren. "Oh no!" said Giovani. "It evolved right in front of our eyes!" said Mason. "GYRADOS!" said Gyrados. It used an attack on Machoke. It hit Machoke and fainted it in an instant. "What attack was that?" said Darren. "Outrage, It was Gyrados outrage attack!" said Connor. "Wow!" said Darren. "Ha, don't think because your Magikarp has evolved that were letting you go, It's a rare and valuable pokemon, It would be a great pokemon for team rocket" said Giovani. "Oh no you don't, Gyrados, use your most powerful attack on Giovani!" said Darren. Gyrados began to glow. It unleashed a most powerful attack called Devastate. It hit Giovani and all the guards and sent them flying. Giovani dropped the code and the special pokeball. Giovani and the rest of the guards were thrown over the hills. "We did it Gyrados!" said Darren. "Gyrados, return!" said Darren. He pulled out Magikarp's pokeball and told Gyrados to return. Gyrados returned to its pokeball. "Darren, we still need to find that secret switch," said Mason. "Don't worry, I know where it is, It was in the main room underground, I already switched it, all it needs is the code which you just type in on the computer panel. "Great, so where is this computer panel then?" said Darren. "It's in the cave just underneath us!" said Connor. "Great, then let's get started!" said Darren. They headed into the cave. Darren, Mason and Connor went towards the cave entrance. They got down into the control centre it was deserted. Not one person was in sight. Just then, Darren noticed a door in the control centre. He went inside. Inside was the pokemon! "I've found them!" said Darren. "Ok, I'm typing in the code now!" said Mason. Mason typed in the code and the forcefield around the pokemon dropped. "Yes, now lets get them out of here" said Darren. Just then Mason saw his Scizor. "Scizor!" said Mason. Scizor ran to him. "I was really worried about you Scizor!" said Mason. Then all the other pokemon came to Darren. "Ok everyone, time to go!" said Darren.

PART 7

So Darren, Mason, Connor and the rest of the pokemon ran towards the exit of the cave. As they got outside, they heard voices. People were gathering at the lake of rage because they heard the news about the pokemon. Everyone cheered as Darren, Mason, Connor and all the other pokemon came out of the cave. The pokemon were reunited with there trainers. "I'm glad that's sorted!" said Darren. "Yea me too!" said Mason. "And me three!" said Connor. Just then, David came over to Darren, Mason and Connor. "I knew you could do it Darren, well done!" said David. "It was hard work!" said Darren. "Is it true what I have been hearing, Magikarp evolved?" said David. Yea, It evolved into a Gyrados!" said Darren. "Is it still shining?" said David. "Yes, when it evolved, it turned red!" said Darren. "I can't believe it!" said David. "Well your going to have to!" said Darren and he threw his shinny pokeball into the air. Out came Gyrados. "Wow, it's red!" said David. I told you so!" said Darren. Just then, a crash came from behind them, the cave had caved in on itself. "Now let's see if team rocket comes back!" said Darren. Just then, Darren looked on the floor next to him. It was the special pokeball that Giovani had dropped. "Hey look!" said Darren. He picked the special pokeball up. He threw it into the air, but nothing happened, it didn't even open. "That's strange!" said Mason. "I wonder what's inside it?" said Connor. "I don't know, lets try and force it open!" said Darren.

2 Days later, Darren got to Professor Elms lab and gave him the Special pokeball to study. He couldn't find a way to open it, but he knew for certain that a pokemon was inside it! After about a week, Darren was back in his gym training his Gyrados. It had grown a couple of levels, but hadn't learned any new attacks. Just then, David, Mason and Connor came through the gym. "Darren, I've got something to tell you!" said David. "What is it?" said Darren. "Well, I've decided to travel around the World and Discover new pokemon" said David. "Well, if that's what you want to do, then that's what you have to do," said Darren. David said goodbye to everyone and went out of the gym. "Darren, would you like to join our secret agency? You would make a great contribution to our team!" said Connor. "Thanks, but I still have lots more to discover on my pokemon journey and besides, I still have a gym to run!" said Darren. "Well in that case, I guess its goodbye from me too!" said Connor. "I guess it is!" said Darren. After they all said goodbye to one another, Connor left. "Do you ever think we will see him again?" said Mason. "I'm not sure," said Darren.

Darren has had a lot of experience as a pokemon trainer as his Magikarp has evolved, and he has this strange pokeball, but now what will happen in his next adventure with Mason? Well, all we can do is to wait and see.
