The Promise Of The Rose

Fiory's Bio:
-Name: Fiory
-Race: Unknown (he looks a lot like Zarbon's race)
-Age: He was 4 years old when he got to Earth, 11 when he leaft and 26 when he returns to Earth.
-Family: Unknown
-Favorite Color: Red and Bluegreen (like Bulma's hair)
-Favorite Food: None, all he needs is energy it doesn't matter where or how he get's it
-Likes: Flowers
-Dislikes: Thunder (he's scared of it)
During most of his life ecept the time he spend on Earth (4 to 11 years old) he was very lonley. Then only friend he had was Bulma and he didn't want anyone to 'take her away' Fiory (chibi) was shy and he just wanted to find someone who could understand him. Fiory (grown-up) had only one goal... to find his friend and never be apart from her no matter what it takes...

He slowly opened his eyes to find himself floating in space... alone. Far away he saw a planet. A space ship headed for the planet at a great speed. It crashed. Fiory didn't know it but that was a saiyan space ship that carried kakarot. Fiory headed a difrent direction that the ship. He didn't know what he may find in this planet. He finally landed. He saw a big building that was relly Capsule Corp. inside there a 3 year old little girl. Fiory looked at her from the window. She was coming his way so he decided it was time to run.

Chibi-Bulma: "Don't go, I just want to be your friend!"

Chibi-Fiory: *Friend*

Fiory did come back but after some time passed he realized he couldn't live in that planet for too long... but he stayed anyway. Time passed and there came a day when he knew he had to go... Chibi-Bulma had just come back home from a little trip in wich she meat Chibi-Goku. That was when Fiory told her that he had to go the next day. The next day Chibi-Bulma was very sad, she knew Chibi-Fiory was leaving that nigth. It was a sunny day and in the middle of all the tools and potted plants that will soon make the Capsule Corp. garden was Chibi-Bulma. Chibi-Bulma was criying and Goku who had come to visit saw her.

Chibi-Goku: "Why are you criying Bulma?"

Chibi-Bulma: "Because my friend is leaving and now I'll be all alone!"

Chibi-Goku: "No you woun't, I'm still your friend! and look what I brouth you"

Chibi-Goku gave Chibi-Bulma a beautiful red rose.

Chibi-Bulma: "Thanks, Goku!"

That night...

Chibi-Fiory: "I have to go now Bulma... I'll miss you..."

Chibi-Bulma: "I'll miss you too"

Chibi-Bulma gave Chibi-Fiory the rose Chibi-Goku had given her.

Chibi-Fiory: "Thank you! I promise on this Rose, Bulma... that someday I'll be back whit flowers for you!"

Chibi-Bulma: "I'll be waiting"

Chibi-Fiory floated away in to space.

Chibi-Fiory: "Don't forget me and the promise of the rose!"

Chibi-Bulma: "I'll never forget you!"

Many years later in Capsule Corp...

Bulma: "Please, pretty please!"

Vegeta: "No!"

Bulma had been trying to get Vegeta to go with her to the garden along with Goku and all her other friends.

Bulma: "But everyone will be there even Goku!"

Vegeta: "That's an even better reson not go!"

Bulma: "But there'll be lot's of action you don't want to miss!

Vegeta: "Where's the action in visiting a garden? Don't tell me the flowers are going to fight or something?"

Bulma: "Fine! I'm sure I'll find someone to go whit me... maybe Yamcha..."

Vegeta: "What? You're going back whit him!?"

Bulma: "I guess noone else likes me..."

Bulma looked at Vegeta whit a sad face hoping that would convince him.

Vegeta: "You're right... why would anyone like you?"

Vegeta leaft. Bulma stood there for a minute.

Bulma: *Does that mean he doesn't like me anymore?"

The next day Goku, Gohan, Chichi, Yamcha, Ten Shin Han, Chaozu, Yashirobi, Master Rouchi, Krillin and even Piccolo where in Capsule Corp's new garden.

Gohan: "Look at all the flowers Mr. Piccolo!"

Piccolo: "Yes, I see them" *Such calmness and peace...*

Near by in the Garden...

Chichi: "It's beautiful don't you think Goku?"

Goku was in deep thougth.

Chichi: "Goku?"

Goku: "Hum?"

Chichi: "What happened?"

Goku: "Oh, nothing I just thougth I sense something but it's rely nothing..."

In Another Part of the garden.

Krillin: "This flowers are relly pretty"

Master Rouchi: "That's right"

Chaozu: "Look at that one Tien!"

Ten Shin Han: "It smell great!"

Krillin: "I don't smell anything..."

Yashirobi: It's cause you don't have a nose"

Far from everyone else in another part of the garden near a founten... Bulma looked at the flowers sadly. She was thinking of what Vegeta said.

Yamcha: "Bulma"

Bulma: "Hi... Yamcha..."

Yamcha: "Are you ok?"

Bulma: "I'm ok... I was just looking at the flowers"

Yamcha looked at the flowers and remembered when he brougth Bulma flowers. But it was over now and it could never be the same... could it? Behind a tree Vegeta watched them.

Vegeta: *Who does he think he is? He better take off or he's gonna get it!*

Yamcha looked at Bulma... there was obiously something wrong.

Yamcha: "Tell me what's wrong, you know you can trust me"

Bulma: "Well..."

Vegeta came out and interrupted them.

Vegeta: "Bulma... the gravity room is... stuck, come and fix it!"

Vegeta ran off whit Bulma.

Yamcha: "Wait!!!"

Bulma: "I'll be be back in a minute!"

Once way from Yamcha Vegeta stoped and put Bulma down.

Bulma: "Can't the gravity room wait? Besides what do you mean it's stuck? It was ok this morning"

Vegeta: "Never mind... I think I was just pushing the wrong botton..."

Bulma: "Then you had no reson to do this!"

Vegeta: "You should be thankfull I did... you looked very bored talking to that weakling, like you needed an excuse to leave..."

Bulma smiled.

Bulma: "You where jealouse"

Vegeta: "That's not true!"

Bulma: "It's ok if you admit it I woun't tell..."

Vegeta: "No"

Sudently the sky turned black. It was raining flower petals.

Bulma: "What's going on?"

Vegeta: "I don't know but I sense sometihng coming!"

The rest of Bulma's friends sensed it too and ran to where Bulma and Vegeta where.

Chichi: "Goku, Gohan where are you going? Tell what's going on?"

A strong wind began to blow and al the flower petals where now beganing to get thouguether a tke the shape of a body. Then fron the petals apeared Fiory.

Fiory: "Bulma, I'l back for you just like I promise!"

Bulma: "Who are you?"

Fiory: "It's me Bulma, don't you remember?"

Bulma: "No..."

Fiory: "But you said you'd never forget me!"

Vegeta: "Who is he?"

Bulma: "I relly just don't know..." Fiory: "Just think back Bulma, I know you'll remember me and look what I brought you"

Fiory gave Bulma a bunch on red roses.

Bulma: "Fi... Fiory?..."

Fiory: "Bulma! You remembered!"

Vegeta: "I thougth you said you didn't know him!"

Bulma: "Now I remember he's a friends from long ago, before I meat Goku"

Fiory: "Come with me Bulma"

Fiory used his power to lift Bulma and put her inside an energy bubble.

Bulma: "Fiory wait where are you taking me!"

Fiory: "To another planet"

Bulma: "No!"

Goku: "Put her down!"

Fiory: "Bulma's coming with me so don't get in the way!"

Vegeta: "Final Falsh!"

Vegeta's Final Flash whent straigth to Fiory but when it was about to hit him Fiory disapeared. The Z team could still sense him but they didn't know where he was. They could only hear his voice...

Fiory: "Bulma is coming whit me and she'll never come back to this planet!"

The energy bubble whit Bulma inside disapeared. The Z team couldn't sense Fiory anymore... he was gone...

Goku: "Bulma!!!"

Vegeta: *I can't belive it! She's gone! I have to get her back!*

Vegeta sudently flew off and landed in an open field, part of Capsule Corp. There Mr. Brifs was fixing up a spaship. Beside the one Mr. Brifs was working on there was another ship.

Vegeta: "Does that ship work?"

Mr. Brifs: "Yes, and this one will work too when I'm done whit it"

Before Mr. Brifs could say another word Vegeta got inside the space ship and prepared for blast off. Goku landed there.

Goku: "Where did Vegeta go?"

Mr. Brifs: "In the space ship"

Goku knocked the door of the ship Vegeta was in.

Goku: "Open the door Vegeta!"

Vegeta: "Go away Kakarot!"

The Space ship Blasted off. Goku was still outside but he didn't let go. Once out of Earth's atmosfere...

Goku: "Help I can't breathe! Please let me in!"

Vegeta: "Kakarot!"

Vegeta opened the door and let Goku in.

Goku: "Thanks... Vegeta..."

Goku was nearly out of breath...

Vegeta: "Never mind, we have to find Bulma!"

Goku: "Right... but you know it will be dangerous"

Vegeta: "It doesn't matter, I'm redy to fight"

Goku: "But way do you want to rescue Bulma or are you here just for the fight?"

Vegeta: "Both..."

Goku could sense Vegeta was hiding something.

Goku: "You do care about her don't you?"

Vegeta: *How did he know?*

Goku: "It's ok, I know you just can't help it but to be her friend she's great and she's allways been my friend!"

Vegeta: "Let's not waste time talking... do you know where he took her?"

Goku: "No... but maybe if we consentrate relly hard we can sense him..."

Goku and Vegeta started to consentrate. It was hard to sense anything in space. But they knew they had to find Bulma. Meanwhile on Earth Krillin, Gohan, Piccolo, Yamcha, Chichi, Ten Shin Han, Chaozu, Yashirobi and Master Rouchi where in Capsule Corp.

Gohan: "You tell him Krillin... you can do it!"

Mr. Brifs had asked why Goku and Vegeta where in such a hurry and where was Bulma? and of couse Krillin ended up whit the task of telling him.

Krillin: *Why do I allways endup telling people the bad news?*

Yashirobi: "Hurry up Krillin!"

Krillin took a deep breath.

Krillin: "Well... you see... an alien came and kidnped Bulma and Goku and Vegeta whent to save her!... I think..."

Mr. Brifs: "What!?"

Gohan: "Don't worry I'm sure my dad will bring Bulma back!"

Yamcha: "But he may need help!"

Ten Shin Han: "Yamcha's right!"

Chaozu: "Yeah!"

Mr. Brifs: "I'll fix this ship so you can go too"

Mr. Brifs continued working in the ship he had stated before but this time a lot faster.

Mr. Brifs: *I hope they're ok*

Mrs. Brifs came out of Capsule Corp. whit Puar and Oolong following her.

Mrs. Brifs: "Hi everyone! I made some cookies anyone hungry?"

Noone answered.

Mrs. Brifs: "Is something wrong?"

Master Rouchi: "You tell her Krillin"

Krillin: "Not again!"

Far away from the Earth in a desert planet...

Bulma: "Let me out of here!"

The enegy bubble that carried Bulma turned into a cristal bubble.

Fiory: "No, you must stay here whit me, you're safe here, I'll be your frind forever"

Bulma: "You're not my friend! My friends are on Earth and they will come and save me!"

Fiory: "I'll be redy for them"

Bulma: "Fiory! why are you doing this! I was happy back on Earth!"

Fiory: "I thougth so too... I came to Earth a week ago and watched you... you looked happy them..."

Bulma: "Then what's your problem!?"

Fiory: "You looked happy at first but you wheren't! I saw you! All you did was argue whit the Human guy or whit that Saiyan whit the strange hair!"

Bulma: *He must mean Yamcha and Vegeta* "Just because we argue once in a while doesn't mean we're not friends!"

Fiory: "They don't apresiate you! now I'm your only friend and only I will give you flowers"

Bulma: "No! This... can't be... why?"

Meanwhile in Space Goku and Vegeta finnally sensed something.

Vegeta: "I found them!"

Vegeta turned the space ship in anther direction. Straingth ahead there was a small desert planet.

Goku: "They must be on that planet!"

The space ship landed on the amall planet. Goku and Vegeta got off.

Fiory: "I've been expecting you!"

A red glow covered the planet and many red roses apeared. The roses began to spread some shiny pollen.

Goku: "Be carefull Vegeta that's not ordenary pollen!"

Vegeta: "I know! We can't go near it!"

Goku: "Not for long!"

Goku and Vegeta powered up.

Goku: "Kame... Hame..."

Vegeta: "Final..."

Goku: "Ha!"

Vegeta: "Flash!"

Goku's Kamahameha and Vegeta Final Flash made all the pollen around them disapear.

Goku: "Where's Bulma!?"

Fiory: "Where you can't get her!"

The Roses began to grow until they formad a wall.

Vegeta: "Some flowers aren't goning to stop me!"

Goku: "Or me!"

Goku and Vegeta powered up and shot ki basts to destroy all the roses. In another part on that planet Bulma was triying to break out of the cristal bubble.

Bulma: "This glass is just too strong!"

Sudently she felt something. As if her friends where near by.

Bulma: "Goku?! You're here aren't you... and... Vegeta"

Bulma started hitting the glass even harder. Meanwhile Goku and Vegeta had allredy started figthing whit Fiory. Bulma knew they where in danger... Goku transformed Super Saiyan.

Super Saiyan Goku: "Vegeta I'm going to figth you go find Bulma"

Vegeta: "No, I'll figth too!"

Super Saiyan Goku: "I's ok I know I can hold him off as a Super Saiyan but you have to make sre Bulma's safe!"

Vegeta: "I'm not going!"

Super Saiyan Goku: "Please Vegeta... do it for Bulma..."

Vegeta: "Fine, but I'll be back!"

Vegeta flew off to find Bulma. Fiory saw Vegeta and whebn after him.

Fiory: "You won't get Bulma!"

Fiory shot ki blast at Vegeta.

Super Saiyan Goku: "Vegeta watch out!"

It was too late the ki blast hit Vegeta. Meanwhile Bulma was still hitting the glass but now it began to crack.

Bulma: "I just have to get out of here!"

Finally Bulma broke free. She saw some flashing brigth ligths in the distance.

Bulma: "There they are!"

Bulma ran in that direction. Back in the fight Super Saiyan Goku was figthing Fiory whit all he had. Vegeta was hurt but he got up.

Super Saiyan Goku: "Vegeta, no! stay there!"

Vegeta: "No... I'm still going to figth!"

Super Saiyan Goku: *Maybe a Spirit Bomb may do it...* "Vegeta... you think you can figth by yourself for a while?"

Vegeta: "Yes, why?"

Super Saiyan Goku: "I got a Bomb to make..."

Vegeta: "Do it, I'll keep him busy"

Fiory: "Keep me busy? Well even if you try I'll never be busy enogth to stop you from geting near Bulma"

Vegeta: *And I thougth I was thinking too much about her...*

Vegeta keept figthing Fiory while Sper Saiyan Goku Consentrated to get the necesary energy to make a Spisit Bomb.

Super Saiyan Goku: *I hope there's enogth anergy on this planet*

But there wasn't enougth energy...

Super Saiyan Goku: *It's... just not enougth... unless... I can get power from the stars!*

Super Saiyan Goku stated collecting energy from the stars all around the planet. Bulma saw all the energy coming from the stars going in to one place.

Bulma: *Goku must be making a Spirit Bomb... I hope it works"

Vegeta just couldn't figth any longer. Fiory was too strong. Whit all his straigth gone Vegeta fell unconuntious. Bulma got there when Fiory was about to kill Vegeta.

Bulma: "Fiory no!!!"

Fiory: "Bulma!"

Super Saiyan Goku: "Bulma!"

Bulma: "Vegeta!"

Vegeta woke up.

Vegeta: "Bulma..."

On Earth...

Chichi: "Oh, I'm so worried..."

Mrs. Brifs: "Bulma... Goku, Vegeta please bring her back..."

Mr. Brifs: "I'm allmost done with the ship!"

Back on Fiory's planet...

Fiory: "Bulma get out of the way!"

Bulma: "No!"

Vegeta: "Bulma... you have to.. go... it's too... dangerous"

Fiory: "Bulma? Does that mean you choose them over me?!"

Bulma: "Ofcourse I do!"

Fiory: "Then I'll make you change your mind by destroying them and the Earth!"

Bulma: "No!!! You can't do that! And no matter what you do I woun't change my mind!"

Super Saiyan Goku finished the Spirit Bomb.

Super Saiyan Goku: "Spirit Bomb!!!"

Super Saiyan Goku trew the Spirit Bomb at Fiory. Fiory Shot a ki blast at the Spirit Bomb but missed. The ki blast whent straigth to Super Saiyan Goku. It was going to fast and Super Saiyan Goku had used too much energy making the Spirit Bomb. The Ki blast hit him and he turned back to normal but at the same time the Spirit Bomb hit Fiory.

Fiory: "No!!!"

Goku allmost not survived but he did. Fiory fell on the grownd whit no energy leaft.

Fiory: "I... hope you're... happy whit... your choise... Bulma..."

Fiory disapeared.

Bulma: *Let's go home...*

Goku, Vegeta and Bulma whent back to Capsule Corp. in the space ship. On planet Earth in Capsule Corp...

Mr. Brifs: "Finished!

Yamcha: "Finally!

Puar: "Look a space ship!"

Gohan: "They're back!"

Whit the help of some senzu beans from Korin Goku and Vegeta recovered. That nigth there was a big party in Capsule Corp. After everyone leaft... Vegeta was outside staring at the sunset. Bulma saw him and whent over to him.

Bulma: "Thanks for coming to save me Vegeta..."

Vegeta: "... You where right Bulma... there was a lot of action I didn't want to miss..."

Bulma: "Does that mean you'll go on a picknic with me and my friends next week?"

Vegeta: "Do you think I want to go?"

Bulma: "No..."

Vegeta: "You're right... but I'll go anyway"
