The lines show connections. Mostly the connections show similar powers; some type of bond; the opposing personality(that is referring to the balance between good and evil); and/or the ability to communicate with out talking, otherwise known a telepathy.( I know it sounds confusing but I'll elaborate) The green lines show the personalities that directly affect me.(don't bother going back to look there is a green line to every personality) The red lines show the personalities that directly affect RedHairedBanditGurl.
