As I Lay Here
As I lay here, in your ams, my mind travles elsewhere.
I gently caress your cheek as you sleep.
Your body smells sweetly of the earth and sandalwood. And I take in your scent with a deep sigh.
Dark dry earth rests beneath us, the life and power of our homeworld...
For many centuries we have been together, spending many a day in your coffin, with me in your arms.
I sigh as we lay here, we gave up so much to fuffil our vous... The vous we made in mortal life...
And now, you begin to wake, as the sun's golden light slips, surrenduring to the night, to our night..
I now smile, as I lay here, in your coffin, and in your arms.
