Well... by the picture you can tell Mr. Satan is a fool, and acts like a chicken most of the time. Around the media and stuff like that he acts macho, but he's not. Mr. Satan took credit when Gohan killed Cell, and when Buu was destroyed. Since, he did that he is famous he are two examples: when goku needed somemore energy for the spirit bomb they were trying to get people to donate more energy, they wouldn't listen, and then Mr. Satan told them to do what he said and they did, and also the people voted to have a city named after him: Satan City.
