Quick Review: Perfect!

Kai moved away but she sent this review a couple days ago. WIth all these MJ lies flying around i forgot about it but here it is!

Elf Review

Yeah, I'm back. Kai here kickin' in up in da DC! Anyway, before I make an ass of myself here's the review.

So me and Caroline (Bitchwhore) were late to getting to the local theater. It was a Saturday night and the new Matrix was out. So we got there and the line was out the door. We wanted to see the 7:15 showing, except when we got in there it was 7:45. Caroline was bitching because it was cold, I was staring at the eclipse, and when they announced Matrix, Mystic River, and Runaway Jury sold out. Half the line left.

Plot: 0.5/2.0

Well, this movie won't be known for it's plot. Elf is raised by Elves. Then goes to New York to find his real dad. He runs into a bunch of weird situations, and works in a Christmas Store run by a guy who looks like Don from MHS.

Entertainment Value: 2.0/2.0

This movie was funny as hell. A lot of these jokes were funny. Everyone in the audience was laughing, including Caroline. Her only complaint was that it didn't come out near Christmas.

Action: 2.0/2.0

It's a comedy. What the hell did you think this movie would have? Like Tomb Raider?

Acting: 2.0/2.0

I think personally that the actin in this film was spectacular. Seriously though, James Caan, Bob Newhart, Zooie Daschel, Will Ferrell, and Andy Richter did an excellent job in here.

Music: 0/2.0

*GASP* THERE WAS MUSIC?!

Bonuses:
+1.0 For the candy breakfast
+1.0 For Grossing out Caroline
+1.0 For Will Ferrell's acting skills. This movie would've sucked if he wasn't in it.

Total: 9.5/10

Not so bad for a film I had to wait outside to get into and then run into Caroline's Al-1 teacher.

*I agree with Pankiller saying this movie is a classic in the making. Sequel? Please no, it isn't in human nature to do the same spectacular thing twice.*

 

 

 

Over all a must see for lost boys fans!
