Yeah I got real happy with the B-day banners. Of course the silver is mine cause that's my other favorite color besides red and black! The sweet purple is for my daughter Kayla cause she`s so sweet. MUAH! Love you momma. And the piggy pink is for my daughter Kacella cause she is my little piggy. MUAH! Love you gordy. The bright blue is for my step daughter Lorena cause she is so bright. i heard something interesting tonight on a disney channel show that i thought i`d share. It goes like this:
"We" are all like a deck of cards. Some are black and some are red. Some are Kings and some are Queens. Some are sixes and some are sevens. They are all different but without just one of those cards then the whole deck doen`t work. And that is why "we" as americans are like a deck of cards.
Pretty cool huh. I know it`s corny but it makes perfect sense. you can tell I'm all about my kids cause all I watch is the disney channel. Mommy needs to get a life! lol
First off I wanted to say thank you to all those soldiers that are deploying soon or that have already deployed. I pray that each and everyone of you returns home safely to all your family that are so proudly waiting for you here at home. May god be with you every step of the way (or whomever you believe in) and watch over you closely and protect you. You guys are real life heros!!! You might not know it now, but in time you will realize it. You all are remarkable. If ever you feel like you just can`t do it anymore, just think of all the people here that appreciate what you are doing for them. Think about your children or your future children. What you want there lives to be like. And when they get older, they`re gonna tell all their friends what a big bad azz soldier they have as a mommy or daddy!!! That just has to put keep you going. "The Final Inspection"
The Marine stood and faced his God Which must always come to pass He hoped his shoes were shining Just as brightly as his brass.
"Step forward now, you Devil-Dog, How shall I deal with you? Have you always turned the other cheek? To my Church have you been true?"
The Marine squared his shoulders and said, "No Lord, I guess I ain`t" "Because those of us who carry guns Can`t always be a saint."
I`ve had to work most Sundays And at times my talk was rough, And sometimes I`ve been violent, Because this world is awfully tough.
But, I never took a penny That wasn`t mine to keep... Though I worked a lot of overtime When the bills just got too steep.
And I never passed a cry for help, Though at times I shook with fear, And sometimes, God forgive me, I`ve wept unmanly tears.
And I know I don`t deserve a place Among the people here, They never wanted me around Except to calm their fears.
If you`ve a place for me here, Lord, It needn`t be so grand, I never expected or had too much, But if you don`t , I`ll understand."
There was a silence all around the throne Where the saints had often trod As the Marine waited quietly, For the judgment of his God.

For those who have lost their lives for me and my family. I could never express how I feel. I pray that your families deal with it well. The lose of a family memeber is never easy. Especially of those that lost their lives for someone elses freedom. We all wish that you could have been selfish and not gone, but we know that it can not be that way. Even though I`ve never met anyone of you personally you will be missed and loved. I hope that when it is my turn to go that I will have the privelege of meeting you in heaven. And last but not least. Please watch over your brothers and sisters that are still out there battling for what you tradgically had to loose your life for. And if they should meet the same fate that you had to please welcome them to heaven when they arrive there. My condolences go out to all of your family where ever they may be.
I Stand Before You
I stand before you all today But not one eye can see my way. My time arrived, to leave this earth A fact so planned, to every birth. It happened where I had to go My torch for life was so aglow. I transferred while in uniform Protecting freedom, through a storm. Should I resent I died for you Not on my life, red white and blue. But hey chulas stay strong and support your man!!! And most def the chulos behave yourselves and support your lady!!! Don`t give them anything extra to have to worry about over here on this side of the free world that they are going out there to insure that we still have for us (the present) and our children (the future). O.k. everyone just wanted to tell ya`ll a little bit about myself now. I`m of course chicana, 5` 3", brown eyes, long brown hair, that about narrows it down to every chicana there is!!! I am single and lovin it!!! I know that one day I`ll find Mr. Right. But in the mean time I am enjoyin chillin with the Mr. Wrongs. LOL. I live in North San Diego (very close to the beach) in Oceanside to be exact. But originally from El Paso, Tx. I have two very beautiful daughters. They are definetely way too smart for their ages which makes them a handful. But they are truly a blessing to my life.
I enjoy going out with friends and just having fun. I also love to watch football and boxing and all that other good stuff. I sometimes get into it more than guys do but it`s cool though as long as they know who rules. ME!!! then we will have no problems. well that`s all about me.
Crisis of Belief
When you find yourself in a crisis and the waves come crashing in. Your walls of strenght start to crumble and doubt begins to win.
Stop and praise Him in the storm for it is He who calms the sea. This trail is just a test of faith a crisis of belief.
Did He not part the waters in what seemed a hopeless situation? Did He not take a bunch of slaves and make them into a mighty nation?
He came to make rough places smooth to set the captives free. Bind your doubt, hold fast to your faith when you face a crisis in belief.
