Episode 2 (cont)

(Zorro seems to enjoy dueling with Monastario.)

"Zorro's Secret Passage" ep. 2 As far as one favorite line, I love the way he delivers the line from his balcony: "Good heavens, no. There are no criminals in this house."

Diego is on his bedroom balcony as he responds to Monastario's repeated calls to him. He has barely had time to get free of Zorro's clothes when he must hastily throw on his robe....a very handsome robe he has too! Love the frustrated look he has as Bernardo tries to help him get the sword out from under the robe. Then in a perfect and timely transition he is out on the balcony...."Good heavens, no! There are no criminals in this house!" I also like when he says: "I thought you had him....my servant Benito? Did he escape?"Trying to hide the laugh, is priceless

Inside his room, Diego says to Bernardo: "It has been a most uneventful day, what shall we do for excitement tonight?" And Bernardo cringes. Yes, another of my favorite scenes and groups of lines. But I also agree with others in the group who say: the whole series is filled with favorites and zingers and perfect looks for our Guy. How can we really choose?
