Think Pink! October is National Breast Cancer Awarness month. We should all observe this all times of the year. This is a life threatening disease. Please do what you can. Do monthly self exams and talk to your doctor about any lumps you may find! Early detection may save your life.

Last October Kitchen Aid sold their Pink Stand Mixer for $290.00 and $50.00 went to the Komen Foundation. If anyone would like to buy me one they are more than welcome!!! hint hint ;)
Pier One Imports also sold a Komen Candle for $13. This pretty pink candle came in a glass with a metal top that had the shape of the cross ribbons on top.
I am not sure if these companies will be doing this again this October. I will try to find out and update everyone about it!
