There is a really nice hike you can do along the coastline in Miquelon.
In addition to wonderful French pastries and other cultural artifacts, the French islands also have surprising wildife diversity. The Grand Barachois is home to very large harbour and grey seal populations.
Horses on Miquelon are allowed to roam free.
