Hello! My name is Tahira. I live in Freeland, Michigan, USA. I have long hair and dark brown eyes. I'm 100% European (mostly Spanish & French). I am about 5 feet and 8 inches tall. I am also Muslim. I converted March 4th, 2002. I converted because I have found Islam in my heart. Everyone has their own religion they chose. Whether it is Pagan, Catholic. Methodist, Buddhist, Hinduism, Wiccan, Islam, etc. Everyone has their own opinions and uniqueness, and I respect that as I hope you will have the same respect for me. I am hoping throughout this page not to make you want to convert if you are a non-Muslim, but to make you see Muslims are great people too, and we are not all "terrorists".
Hobbies & Interests
I have many intrests. I might not even get them all on this page. JaJa! I have a great intrest in Egypt. I find ancient Egypt quite intriguing and plan to study Egyptology in college along with many languages such as French, Arabic, Italian & Spanish. I know... I know. You are thinking, "What the... you're both Spanish and French and you are only fluent in English?" Well the problem is no one in my family speaks French fluently and my Father's side never bothered to speak Spanish around the grandchildren so we could learn. So my Spanish is alright, but don't even think about conversating in anything but English with me. LOL I am currently doing a school thing to finish the high-school that I didn't finish in school. I plan to go to college in January insha-Allah. As far as sports I am willing to try anything once, and sometimes even twice. The truth is I have no actual thing I do all the time except sleep, eat, work, and pray. So basically I just do whatever looks fun at the present moment. Usually shopping looks fun, but the funds are not always there.
