Lay Speaker Jo Gamm Witt

Jo Gamm Witt has served as a lay speaker for non-denominational and Methodist services since 2009. Jo has been a freelance writer since 1989, writing and publishing articles and poetry on a variety of topics. She published her first books in 1999, Alex Cat Books, a series of five sarcastic/humorous books written from her cat's perspective. In 2015 she published a children's book, titled A Family Is Love. In 2020 she published her book Surviving 2020: Through the Eyes of Children. In 2021 she published her inspirational book Enduring Leaves, Decisive Resilience. Jo has a B.A. in Psychology and completed two years of a B.S. in Business Administration and two and a half years of a B.S. in Nursing.
