Pimple-Zapping Potion

Ingredients:

8-cm long root of Mejen Plant OR 1 smallplus-size Mejen Plant root

20-ml of Tyene Powder

3 small-sized blunt Rebu thorns

50-ml of drinkable potion fixative

1 drop of essence of Belladonna

Preparations:

1. Pound the Mejen Plant roots until a smooth paste. The paste should be a soft pink in colour, with traces of blue.

2. Grind the Rebu thorns until a fine powder. The powder should be black in colour, with white streaks.

3. Check if the potion fixative is clear (transparent-like), the essence of Belladonna is yellowish and the Tyene Powder is green.

Directions:

1. Mix the root-paste and the thorn-powder together. The mixture should look a little grimy and it should be wet.

2. Add the essence of Belladonna and stir quickly before the mixture becomes a liquid.

3. Pour in the potion fixative and continue to stir. It should now be liquid.

4. Boil the mixture in your cauldron until it simmers. The potion should be a reddish-black colour by now.

5. Leave the cauldron on boil for another 3 minutes. Then, take it off quickly before it over-boils.

6. Add the powder to the hot mixture and stir it quickly to allow fast dissolving.

7. Leave the potion to cool. After 9 minutes, check that the potion is red-and-green.

8. Pour into a potion bottle.
