Whether it be a Boggart or a Kelpie, a Acromantula or another beast, they can all be repeled. This book will serve as a reference and guide for any witch or wizard.

A Boggart is a shape-shifter which takes the form of whatever it assumes will frighten us most. It likes dark, enclosed spaces. Witches and wizards most often will find Boggarts in wardrobes, gaps beneath beds, cupboards and so on.
The Boggart sitting in the darkness has not yet taken a different form. It does not know what frightens one in the light (outside) most. Nobody knows what a Boggart looks like when it is alone.
It is best to have company when dealing with a Boggart. There are many witches and wizards that the Boggart will be confused of what shape it should assume.
The charm that repels the Boggart is "riddiculus". Laughing stuns the Boggart.

Think carefully - what do you fear most? Is it a banshee or perhaps you fear the dark? Admit to yourself your deepest fear, whether material or non.
Next, try to think of a way to make your fear not scary any more. If you fear the dark, for example, add a lamp or make the sun burn brighter in your mind. If you fear an Acromantula (a man-eating monster), you can wish to kill it off or remove some parts of its body.
Then, release the hidden Boggart. Face the Boggart, whether you be nervous or courageous. It will instantly assume your fear with a sharp "crack" sound. Change that fear quickly, shouting the charm "riddiculus". If your charm fails, but it rarely would, laugh loudly. Try again.
