ABOUT ME

I am a 23 year old chick who lives in the small lil town of La Verne, nestled in the foothills of the San Gabriel Valley, about 40 miles southeast of Los Angeles. Here's a pic, I try to make it the most recent, but sometimes I don't have time to update as much as I'd like.

I was born and raised here in La Verne (actually I was born in Upland but who needs to be specific), a town of about 40,000 people. I have only lived in two houses, one which I loved and adored, on Pleasant St., a fitting name for that house of childhood memories. We had to move due to the 210 fwy finally commencing construction. Now we live in a beautiful house in Northern La Verne. Yes, I still live with my parents, and I really enjoy it. We have a good balance of respect, and now that my sister has graduated high school, it's more like a bunch of adults living here (although Megan has been known to throw some good tantrums).
I think that my parents did a great job raising me, they gave great Christian morals, exposed my sister and I to culture, carted us around to a myriad of extra-curricular activities, and always supported whatever dreams I had, whether it was to be a doctor, or to get out of debt. There is a saying that hindsight is always 20-20, but I think I'm right in the middle of sight, and I can see how much my parents love me, and how hard they tried (and succeeded) to be good parents, and how much they have sacrificed for the love of their children.
