This is a page... a page about me! I am bored so I decided some people might want to know more about me than they do. Heh, wow. So, here we go. :P
My name is Whitney Leana McCoy
I was born April 21, 1984 @ 11:54pm on a Saturday at Holston Valley Medical Center. Sunday was Easter.
I grew up in Church Hill, TN and moved to where I am now (Indian Springs - Kingsport, TN) in 1988.
During pre-school I started taking dance. I took dance (ballet, tap, jazz, pointe - one year) for a total of 8½ years. Wow...
I became a cheerleader in 2nd grade. I was a Redskin! I stayed with that until 3rd grade when I became interested in the Dance Team. I was much better at dancing than cheering for the team. Ha! So I was on the Dance Team 3rd - 7th grade.
At the same time as I was on the Dance Team I was also on the volleyball team. I stuck with it for 4 years. I LOVED it so much! My team was always #1.. seriously. I think in the 4 years I played, my team lost like 3 games. I was the star server... hahahaha.... *cough*
In 5th grade my entire class went to Washington D.C. along with Monticello and Mount Vernon. That was a lot of fun.
I started playing the clarinet in band in 6th grade. I really wanted to play the trumpet but.. I didn't. I'm glad I stuck with the clarinet though. I was in band from 6th - 12th grade.
Freshman year: I can remember having pictures made during orientation... mine were HORRIBLE! And they had Van Noy choke down a banana... LOL I had wellness class right before Biology and if you had a science/math class you endured until 3rd lunch. I never could make it so I would always bring a Kudo bar or bag of chips to class.. heh, and Jesakah was my "neighbor"... I was a snob to her at first! LOL
Band Field Show: "Suite Earth" - Afro Brasilo, Land of Makebelieve, Rainforest ... this was my favorite show that I did my four years of marching.....
Band Trip: New York
Sophmore year: Erm... I made Principal's Honor Roll! Woo! That was a first.... I had driver's ed that year.... we would always go to JC and get sports equipment and go to Pals. LOL Hey, I didn't wreck the car! Not much went on that year.... oh yeah... I dated Ducky! LOL Oops! Big mistake!

Band Trip: New Orleans
Junior Year: took AP History... got a cool teacher who raised my grade to pass me! woo! umm, dated 2 people: Chris Rainey (OMG... how much trouble did we cause?!) and Stephen Sarabia. I didn't know asking a person to the prom could lead to almost 2½ years of going out. *yawn* Boring. Yeah, ok, so we went to the prom. I had an awesome dress. I love it.... I wonder if I can still fit into it? Jes and I ended up wearing the same dress... not on purpose either! LOL
Band Field Show: "Sister Act 2" - I don't remember the songs! O Happy Day was the second one tho....
Band Trip: Toronto, Ontario, Canada & Niagra Falls, Canada
Senior Year: Woop! Senior year! Best year? I don't know. It was not too long ago and I can't remember much! Geez... um... I graduated with an Honor Diploma! Woop!

Band Trip: Orlando, Florida - my favorite band trip!

I took German for 3 years... I'd like to go into a profession in it.... become bilingual...
My favorite subjects were german, chemistry, and physics... oh and band! :P
