School Year Goals

• Be more involved in leadership roles, especially in Campus Ambassadors
• Try three (3) new and different activities
• Declare a major and be confident about it
• Be brave when approaching new people and make some new friends
• Pray for an hour every day.

Health Update

• I'm so close to my goal! I've finally started jogging. It was so cool to realize that my heart is strong enough to handle that. I feel great!
• I weight 143 lbs. and my goal weight was approx. 130 lbs. Although I am still aiming for that weight, my focus has shifted to strengthening my muscles and especially my heart.
• My eating habits are better than ever, but they've also started slipping...I need to keep focused on healthy eating so I'll stay on track.
• Losing weight is such an exciting process! Yay!
