August 9, 2003 Hail Reader! (I know, I know, but I'm in my corny mode today) So, this is the first thing I'm writing on my website and I'm extra excited! (two second excited squeal....and..... GO! "EEEEEEE") So let me tell you a little bit about my plans for the future of my website, and how it came to be.
Ok, so originally, I thought it would be cool to do an advice type dealy....and don't get me wrong, it WOULD be cool. But I'm TERRIBLE at giving advice, and I don't think enough people would actually care enough to ask for my advice. (brief pause in typing while phone is answered) So I decided to just OFFER my advice on random things, like fun things to do when you're bored, and interesting movies and tv shows...or heck! Even fashion! I just might know a thing or two about it! Or if you're lucky enough to live in Minneapolis near me, great places to go! Woohoo!
Now I had an idea of what I wanted to do, all I needed was a website! So I went to various websites that supposedly help you create your OWN website (wow, I've never used the word "website" so many times in one paragraph) But I, being as technologically challenged as I am, could not figure them out, and screamed in frustration MANY a time. Until, alas, I came across Angelfire, and (gasp) I could ACTUALLY figure out what I was doing! So this is where I set up camp!
This website is not quite finished yet, but feel free to take a look around and (secretly, inside your head, not out loud) criticize (can you believe I had to look that word up in the dictionary to spell it right? and to think I won the seventh grade spelling bee several years back) my work!
