Our train is now headed west. We met this eastbound while stopped at Victorville.
Heading back down Cajon, I tried a couple of mirror shots again, this time as the train curved around a rocky hill.
On the way back to San Bernardino, I had lunch in the diner and took this shot. I don't remember the car's name, but it's also an ex-GN car and is decorated in a Western theme.
This is the interior of the parlor section of the Missouri River showing the banquet table, the parlor area, and the rear observation platform. I wanted to take more photos of the car interiors but I was almost of out film.
The Missouri River shortly after we arrived back in San Bernardino Yard and tied down on the service track.
The parting shot showing nearly the entire train. It ended all too soon!
