S.T.E.P.-ping into the
future
OLOCON Training and Development takes its commitment to life-long learning seriously. As well as providing training to corporate clients, OLOCON also offer training and support free of cost to early school leavers struggling to find their feet.
Stepping into Training and Employment Program
(STEP) provides 10 young people a chance
to develop both at a personal and professional level. They are given the
opportunity to develop personal and professional competencies and undertake VET
subjects in their chosen industry. In addition on-going support is given to
assist young people make the transition into employment and/or further
education that will assist them achieve the long-term goals they have
identified.
STEP could not operate without the support of
the local community. If you own a
business and are able to host and support a young person we would be pleased to
include you in this project. Donations
are another way to demonstrate your support of the project
