"Dear Jesus, I am a sinner. I have come to the point in my life where I am ready to know You as my personal Savior, Lord. So I ask that You forgive me of all my sins, and cast them aside. Jesus, I want You to come into my heart. I believe in what You did for me on the cross, I thank You for it, and I accept the free gift of Your eternal Salvation. I make You the Lord of my life, Jesus, and I can't wait to live my life for You as I get to know You more. In Jesus's name I pray, Amen."
