GM's Notes:
A fast start for the Altrincham-based squad, getting off the blocks in the first minute and piling the pressure onto the Ice Tigers. With both teams icing a mixture of rookies and more advanced players, it was a high tempo game with plenty of chances at both ends. In the nets for the Aardvarx, Gary Buckman had an outstanding game, and with multiple goals from Kenny Armstrong, Aden Millen, Jimmy Rutter, Mark Jones and Roger Smith, the win was on the cards for the whites!
