Hi,
Last week it became apparent that this forum did not really have a future, so I basically posted a message saying that although the forum would be staying around for people to look at, and use if they wanted, it was basically defunct, and I urged people instead to go to the BBMB.
Unforunately, despite it being the wish of the admin team for the forum to remain available to view as a testament to BB history, the forum was suddenly deleted, without the admin team being informed, by somebody who had decided to quit his admin position a few days beforehand.
Far from getting into all of that, and risking upsetting people, the only reason I'm writing these words is because I would like to say THANKYOU, to all of the people who contributed to making this forum an invaluable resource for BB fans everywhere post 29/03/02.
Thankyou to Salsoul Nugget and Andy Griffiths, who had the vision to set it up in the first place. Thanks again to Andy for the unbelievable amount of time and effort you spent designing, maintaining, and keeping the site bang up to date.
Thankyou to Smeg Head for your contribution to the administration of the forums, and also to Birdman, Man in a Tabard, and, of course, to Jonny for lending their time to looking after the place.
Biggest thanks, of course, must go to you lot. The people without whose posts this forum project would have never gotten off the ground in the first place. Thankyou for the great discussions we had together. Thankyou for your insight, your wisdom, and your creativity which for so long made this place my first stop everytime I came online.
