WebQuests make students think harder because there are no preset answers. They have to assemble ideas in a unique and creative way to design a product that is their own but still meets the guidelines set by the teacher.
This WebQuest took math, social studies, and English, and assembled these subjects in an inventive way that was both fun and exciting for students. Many elements of this WebQuest closely relate to real life situations that students will experience. Completion of this WebQuest will teach even the youngest students life skills that will be necessary to live in today’s society, such as how to work cooperatively in a group setting, basic math and English, and how to access many parts of the web.
