Sympathy is quite the strange furre. Cursed with multiple personalities who have become their own beings, taking over his body and using it to their will. From the time he was born Sympathy had to deal with Estact, the rogue personality that had formed within him. Estact quickly took him over and refused to let go. Using Sympathy's body Estact wreacked havoc upon dream after dream, nearly costing Sympathy his life many a times. .For the first 21 years of his life the personality called Estact had total control over him. Over time he has learned to fight the personality, stopping him from taking him over. Once he was freed of Estact he became independant and went searching for freinds... unfortunately Estact had already ruined everything for him... he was considered a menace.... Not long after reclaiming his body, taking control of it back over from Estact, he learned of his ability, the ability to change shape. At first he could only switch between his moogle form and the form of an equine. He spent most of his time alone, developing his skills by looking at pictures of other furres and bit by bit, learning to take their shape. From the time he was less then a year old he was raised by the soul-stealing vampire who goes by the name Sinphonite. They were constantly on the move since Sinphonite made a living as a mercenary. He quickly learned how to survive, how to make a living, and one day what he had learned was put to the test... Sinphonite met a femme named Nehkara... and he was all but abandoned... Sin spent all of his time with his new found mate, and Sympathy was forced to go out and live life on his own. Eventually he grew tired of being the only one he knew that was not a vampire, so he worked out a deal with Sinphonte... and became his second fledgeling. He grew tired of being so much weaker then the others around him, so he left on a quest for power. During the quest he uncovered many serets, developed his shapeshifting skills.... and had a new personality created.... That personalitys name was Rage, and he was not one to mess with, Sympathy struggled for about a year to contain Rage, and finally did, banishing him, forcing him to lie dorment in his mind for years to come.After that his personality started getting worse, more combative, Estact fought harder in his efforts to take over his body. What made it worse is that his brain started "giving birth" to new personalities, adapted to dealing with certain situations. He met Carigan in her dream Vampire Freaks about two years after returning. Shortly after meeting her, while snuggling in the corner of the bar, a new personality was born, Lotus... the kind, gentle, loving one... who is also the most annoying... Now Sympathy is leading a battle on three fronts.... against his creator, mentor, and "father" Sinphonite, the mysterious canine who weaves a web of lies to avoid showing how much of a cruel, heartless monster he is. Against his personalities, who take over his body against his own will, altering who he is, he has no control over them when they do this and has had multiple freindships ruined because of it.... he only hopes they will not ruin the chance of having a relationship with the beautiful Carigan, which leads to the third war, the battle to win her over.... the most important of the struggles to him... the one he is most determined to win...
