This isnt that hard of a trick if you have pop shuv-its and nosestalls down. Apprach the ledge and pop a nice, high shuv it pretty far away from the ledge. The board needs time to rotate. Once its completed its 180, and if you did it right, the board will be right over the ledge. Stomp it down with your front foot. And the there you have it. Try something like a 180 out.
