This is a pretty tricky thing to do. Just think about how you do a regular heelflip and try to apply that to when you try it nollie. Just pop the nose and slide your back foot up the tail. Jump up to give the board room to flip. When it comes around just put your feet back on top of it. Try and not dip your head in, this will keep you from getting your feet back on the board.
