For This trick make sure you know b/s 180s and regular boardslide and that you're ready to slide backwards. Approach the rail at a slight angle ollie and turn your shoulders b/s. Make sure your front trucks get up and over the rail. Once you land in the boardslide position just make sure to anticipate the slide. Many people learning these tend to have the board shoot out so ANTICIPATE THE SLIDE. To come off just turn your shoulders.
