Okay, first off, let me say this: not ALL old people bug me. It's mostly just old women who think they can drive but really can't and should be forced to pass a driver's test. They just bug me. Like the other day, I was at a stop light, going home. I had a protected left turn, and was halfway through it, when this old hag just comes and takes a right turn from the street opposite me, without even stopping. And then, to make it worse, she went like five miles below the speedlimit up the street. I had to follow her almost all the way home. I don't like having to go below the speed limit, because that makes me drop my truck into second, which eats gas. And gas is expensive.
Also, old people seem to be very controlling. At church one day, we had an outdoor service, and there was a slight sprinkling going on, and this old woman comes up to my dad and says "Would you have your son hold this umbrella over Father, please?" What the hell is that?! First of all, if you want me to do something, ask ME, not my dad. second of all, Father Dumay didn't seem to mind the rain.
Honestly, we need to find something to make old people useful. Maybe we should open more WalMarts.
