If the three stages strategy of VERT (Exhibit 3) succeed, they will lose storefront clients whose contributed revenue is shrinking but get E-commerce clients who will bring the higher revenue through exchanges for commodity products, virtual distributor for catalog products, RFP/RFQ for bulk purchases and capital equipment and b2b auction.
